Just about 100 m from the Baltic Sea beach in Warnemünde! The modern, comfortably furnished 2-room vacation apartment “Arne” is located on the 3rd floor of the “Sanddorn” building. Designed for 2 people, it is spacious, with approximately 70 square meters of living space. You can easily reach your vacation home from the underground parking garage via the elevator. Dear guests, a warm welcome to you! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Residenz im Kurpark,” comprising the buildings “Sanddorn,” “Bernstein,” and “Düne,” was built in 2008 right next to the Warnemünde Kurpark. From here, it’s only about 100 meters to the beach. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the “Düne,” “Bernstein,” and “Sanddorn” buildings, we offer tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 4 people for rent. The apartments are equipped with a TV, radio, CD player, and a fully equipped kitchen; they feature hardwood floors and have spacious balconies or terraces.
The “Arne” is a modern, cozy 2-room vacation apartment on the 3rd floor of the “Sanddorn” building. Designed for 2 people, it is spacious, with approximately 70 square meters of living space. You can easily reach your vacation home from the underground parking garage via the elevator. The bright living room (SMART TV and compact stereo system for receiving DAB and FM stations/Bluetooth interface/MP3 playback/USB port, free Wi-Fi) features floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the large balcony and is furnished with a couch, armchair, and dining area. The bedroom, which has a second balcony, features a double bed and, like the other rooms, has hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The beautifully tiled bathroom features a walk-in shower at floor level with a rain showerhead and a hair dryer. On the large balcony, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. A ground-level bike storage room is available for bicycles. Your car can be parked safely and free of charge in an underground parking space. The apartment has central heating and offers you comfort and coziness all year round. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.
The initial supply for the apartment includes one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—all just around the corner.

Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
