Die Unterkunft liegt in Hanglage mit einen traumhaften Blick auf den See und die Berge . Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet .

Ich bin mit dem Zug nach Locarno ans Filmfestival gekommen und war froh, dass es zweimal in der Stunde einen Bus gibt, der direkt vor der Unterkunft hält. Allerdings habe ich ihn nur wenig benutzt, da ich den Weg zu Fuss von der Piazza durch die Altstadt und steil hinauf durch den Sentiero delle Vigne (insgesamt eine Viertelstunde, hinunter deutlich schneller) sehr genossen habe. Auch anschliessend spät in der Nacht die Viertelstunde auf der tollen Terrasse mit dem Blick auf die beleuchtete Stadt. Tagsüber war es in diesem Ausnahmesommer zu heiss dafür. Im Studio hingegen war es angenehm kühl, nicht zuletzt dank des Ventilators. Eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft! Auch gut eingerichtet, Kaffeemaschine (inkl.Kaffee!), Wasserkocher, Geschirr/Besteck/Gläser, z.B. fürs Früchstück auf der Terrasse ...
Gäste, die nicht mit dem Auto anreisen und weniger gut zu Fuss sind, sind auf den Bus (zweimal stündlich die kurze Route, eine oder zwei längere Routen zusätzlich) angewiesen.
