Hermanus 2025 visit

Location is great! Loved the view from the balcony and the special touch from the host having a nice bottle of wine with cheeses to snack on. Our trip was more of an out and about vacay and we were looking for that spot to crash after our daily wanderings and this was ideal.

Older people might have difficulties with stairs.

Wonderful Breakaway

The attention to detail was amazing from the wonderful welcome basket, filled with Easter treats to the comfy couches and crisp clean linen. The finishes in the villa are modern, sleek and well maintained. We had 2 Chefs in our party and the kitchen was a complete delight to cook and work in with excellent equipment and finishes. The host went over and above to help and assist when needed and Villa Voigt is definitely on our list of "places to return to"

A wonderful stay in a great home!

What a wonderful property this is. The hostess was just fabulous! An inverter for TV when there is loadshedding was a huge bonus to us. Lots of little but important thoughts - binoculars, peak caps, tea, coffee, rusks and even a little milk in case you arrive with nothing. Location was great, around the corner from the Cliff walk and all in all a great stay!

Place was very clean, beautiful and perfect location close to town. Kitchen has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable i.e. pots, cutlery, plates, glasses. The kitchen is beautiful 😍 fireplace is an amazing addition for the cold evenings.

Everything was good, the location, house was beautiful and clean. Met our expectations and pictures match what we saw on arrival.

I didn't like that Hillie gave me the wrong access code for the gate and I called her more than 10 times to no avail, it is only when my friend called, Hillie answered her phone and provided the correct code. This was frustrating as we waited for a good 10-15 minutes outside the gate.

Location is great, modern kitchen, nice balcony.

The property wasn't clean and given how itchy I was I assume bed bugs. There was also no soap so we had to go shop for basic items just to wash our hands. It's a nice space, but it needed a vacuum and steam clean including the old furniture. At this price I expected more. The main rd is very noisy in this space.

The sofas were beautiful but not enough for a big family, we were more worried not to ruin them as they seem delicate.

The host was extremely nice, the house was fully eqiuped, with good quality appliances too.

Location was convenient for our planned activities. The fireplace was a bonus that created ambiance in the venue. The deck was spacious with lovely braai facilities.

Tolle Lage, wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Viel zum Erkunden in nächster Umgebung. Geeignet für Familien oder zwei Pärchen. Speziell haben wir uns über die Flasche Wein und das Käsebrett zum Empfang gefreut!
