Spacious, bright and upmarket

Lots of space, high ceilings, lots of windows, lots of lounging areas, open plan. Sun room was lovely. Kids rooms on their own wing, and separate to the main suite. Safe and secure. Well maintained and equipped. Aircon in main suite.

Water pressure was lower than expected in showers (probably area wide issue) and would like bath sheet size towels please.

BEAUTIFUL STAY! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless! Everything was well-maintained, and the space felt warm and inviting. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

The only challenge was the TV in the main room—it's connected to another TV, so changing channels interferes with the other screen. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Lovely & Relaxing Stay in Beautiful Hermanus

The house was lovely and clean upon arrival and stocked with everything you will need when staying at self-catering accommodation. The location of the house was in a safe and affluent part of Hermanus and central to all the popular tourist spots. Also lovely views from the sunroom where you can just chill and barbeque on the days you stay at home. There is a cleaning service as well.

The listing advertised a play area for the kids which ended up to just be a patch of grass. Also there were issues with Netflix , first with payment and then because the hosts were sharing their personal account with the holiday house. They also had this Alpine streaming service that didn't work at all and the internet is very slow. The only reason I mention this is because that was my kids only entertainment when they were at the house.

Relaxing and peaceful stay; a slice of heaven and its perfection in the beautiful town of Hermanus.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is stunning with the most beautiful mountain and sea views. It’s cosy, warm, and felt exactly like home away from home. The house is exceptionally clean and smells amazing! Our dogs loved the property as well! If you are looking for a peaceful part of Hermanus, this is the one. Thank you for hosting my family and I - definitely will be back!

Whale watching weekend away

The house was just amazingly welcoming and very spacious.. The view is very spectacular. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. It felt like home away from home.

Absolutely divine!!! Best property I have stayed in.

The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow for selecting keys and accessing the property. The entire process was carefully planned and non-intrusive. Every possible entertainment option was available on-site, and there was meticulous attention to detail. The property itself was breathtaking, with jaw-dropping views, situated in a safe and upscale area. The overall experience was so stunning that leaving was a difficult task.

The house was super clean, modern, and well maintained. I couldn't find one thing missing or out of place (the host literally thought of everything). The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and feels very safe. The host is super friendly and promptly responds to messages.

We visited post school exams. The kids enjoyed the winter weather and sleeping late in comfortable beds. The house is perfectly located under the mountain and the views are amazing. Franco is also just a WhatsApp away and always ready to assist. Not that we were in need of assistance, fact of knowing that assistance is there, helps lots. Everything and all instructions received were so well coordinated. Thanks to all involved at House Vos. People will want to experience what you have to offer.

This is an exceptional house for a holiday with plenty of space.

The property was lovely and spacious and plenty of space for our family of 6 to enjoy a break without being all over each other. We loved the look and feel of the house. It had everything we needed and there was nothing that I missed. A bonus was that we did not even have to deal with loadshedding as the inverter system was tops! The owner was great, accommodating and easy to communicate with.

.....that we were only there for 3 days......we wanted to stay there for the week!

Absolutely superb house, awesome views, safe and secure. Great location. House Vos is designed for entertainment with glass doors inviting the out doors in and making our stay feeling amazingly relaxing. The host, Franco, is very accommodating and make our stay unforgettable. The inverter made the loadshedding unnoticeable.
