Nice location, nice house

Location was fantastic,every morning just go down to have a walk to Hermanus city center (like 15 mins) by the ocean. We have been interrupted many times to check the whales. Kitchenware and others were very nice. Having washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

Weather was cold. After opening the heaters in couple of hours it was much better in the house.

FABULOUS VIEWS- ablutions shocking.

The Bathrooms in this unit ere truly grotty 1980s and dangerous for me with a walking stick as I couldn't just walk into a shower. Kitchen dated but has everything

ONLY the bathrooms -small and uncomfortable. View and the beds fine but 2nd bedroom also small.

Perfect location with special sea views. Very convenient and safe. Lovely beds and facilities. Easy check in and great agents that deals with any questions. Would highly recommend it for solo travels of couples.

Amazing location, we were there at the end of July and were able to see whales breaching from the living room window! Great facilities with everything you need for your stay. Really friendly welcome and excellent communication.

We would definitely come back if we ever returned to Hermanus

We loved everything. Lydia was most accommodating. We got moved to 104, due to hubby being on crutches. (We did request no stairs in our online booking! We loved the personal touch of the fresh roses and freshly baked bread - thank You! The views were addictive, the unit had everything we needed and more. A very homely apartment, well equipped. The location was also perfect

It would have been nice to have a shower in the main en-suite. The second bathroom shower was also really tiny. I think a small inverter would be good, just for a few lights or TV . There were small lamps available, but they are limited. We appreciated the mr stove so we could enjoy some coffee

Amazing Stay with unbelievable views!

Amazing view. Great hosts and communication! Only 15 mins walk to all the restaurants. Apartments had everything you need and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend. We will definitely come back and stay at Bayview 305A.

Шикарный вид из гостиной и мастер спальни на океан Квартира расположена на побережье, тропинка вдоль океана в одну сторону ведет в город Херманус, в другую до пляжа Гротто. Красивый сад. Крытые подземный паркинг. Нас встретила Леонора - очень милая женщина, все подробно рассказала. До центра 15 мин пешком. Херманус чудесный

Вторая спальня с окнами на коридор, не широкая кровать Квартира не новая, но все в хорошем состоянии, что-то обновлено, где-то сделан ремонт

Top Lage. Top Aussicht. Wohnung zwar nicht top modern, aber sauber. Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Aufzug sehr praktisch. Kontaktpersonal sehr freundlich.

Härlig lägenhet med allt man behövde, dock en stor besvikelse att poolen som var utlovad inte fanns.

Vacker utsikt, fin lägenhet och ett fantastiskt fint välutrustat kök! Det fanns allt man behövde i lägenheten. Det fanns också en stor fin trädgård som vi lekte mycket i med barnen.

När vi bokade boendet var det specificerat att det fanns pool och utomhus faciliteter. Tyvärr hade det blivit en tvist om poolen med de boende och kommunen så poolen var avstängd. Vi fick inget meddelande om detta. Då vi reser med barn blev det en stor besvikelse för oss efter som access till pool var en av de avgörande faktorerna för oss.
