Lovely casual, clean 70s vibe house with pool table near beach and beach walk.

This house is lovely with a casual vibe and a 70's decor and pool room. It is very close to the beach, with a walk one way along the clifftops and the other way to a rocky swimming beach. The garden at the front is great with a huge Norfolk pine tree and plenty of space to park our large van. Our host met us on arrival and gave us good advice. The rooms are large, with good light. The restaurants nearby look great, and it was close to the Hermanus golf course. We only stayed one night, and it was a shame it wasn't at least two.

There was a plunger and moka for coffee making, but no coffee to use (so bring your own). Be aware there is only one bathroom.

Location close to beach,restaurant and paths. Could bring dogs with enough space to play and fence to keep them in.Pool table. Kitchen was stocked with all equipment&crockery and different types of glasses.Comfortable beds and white linen.

Great value for money, excellent location and warm and cosy in winter

The large home is well situated and equipped. The beaches and cliff walking path are nearby. The house is in a lovely quiet residential area. There is a large yard and we brought our dogs. The lounge is cosy and the fireplace warmed it up quickly. The dining table is in the kitchen and that was great for winter as the oven warmed the kitchen up quickly. The furniture is old fashioned in a very nice way. There is a dishwasher and clothes washing machine which was helpful. It was clean and the host even left us treats. We loved it.

Nothing really that can be solved. We would probably choose a place with more than one bathroom in future as we were 8. There is a second basin in one of the bedrooms but it didn't work unfortunately, but could still be used with a glass of water to brush your teeth.

Location is brilliant. Close to beaches. Beds were very comfortable but the pillows need replacement.

Smoking is allowed outside which is fine. Comfortable outside seating would have been appreciated as well as a small table to place a cup of tea or glass of wine and snacks.

Check-in is a little bit late ... booking shows anytime between 11am and 2pm, but we could only book in after 3pm. Sorry about this because our day was cut very short.

The position is central with easy access to shops and amenities. Pet friendly and fully fenced is always a bonus for us. The house was neat & clean, and everything worked - including wifi, lights. Numerous bedrooms with multiple beds.
