Great place to stay

The place, Nature, Village, close to Lidl, the apartment were clean and had all of the amenities

It was more for two people and a small child sleeping in the crib, as the sofa was uncomfortable. It had a big metal through the middle, so sleeping (on the couch) was not so nice

Clean and newly-renovated. Check-in was automated so you don’t have to deal with keys. They were responsive via the booking.com app and allowed an earlier check-in.

We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment but when we arrived one bedroom was locked. We enquired and it turned out we hadn’t indicated our 2 kids in the booking, so while the reservation indicated a 2br apartment, it was just 1br. In the time we called to clarify, an additional charge of 73 euros was taken from our credit card and 2 staff personnel came in to remove all bed linen and pillows from the second bedroom, all without saying a word. We didn’t mind paying more but wished there was clearer communication. There was no bath soap given, no extra sheets nor toilet paper—I think given that we paid 215 euros a night they could have been more generous with amenities such as access to washing machines etc.

Great family vacation

.This is an amazing spacious apartment for a family, we stayed there with our 2 kids and baby ,Paulina made sure we had a baby cot and a baby bath for our 10 months old baby .The apartment was clean and there is a nice garden outside in which the kids can play .The location is spot on! we were a short driving distance from most of the attractions in the forest We are definitely recommending this place :)

Relaxing stay in the mountains.

The apartment was very clean and had modern touches. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped, so we were able to cook meals during our stay. The apartment was also very spacious and had a wonderful balcony overlooking the cute little town. We also liked that the apartment was 8-10 mins drive to the Feldberg ski lifts and 5 mins away a grocery store and bakery. There were also many hiking trails directly next to the property, which were wonderful to explore with our dog.

Everything!! Room was beautiful (looked exactly like photos), surroundings were gorgeous, impeccable service. Kitchen facilities were excellent and we cooked throughout our stay. Cozy and comfortable experience, we really loved our stay there. Would highly recommend!

Im gesamten ist die Unterkunft schön. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und gemütlich. Mit der Einrichtung wurde sich Mühe gegeben und die Lage ist zum Schlitten fahren und um den Schwarzwald zu erkunden gut. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich.

Im Winter würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen. Der Wohnraum/Küche des Familienzimmers war uns etwas zu ungemütlich und definitiv zu kalt, ebenso war das kleinere Bad nicht warm zu bekommen.

Unkomplizierter Kontakt, moderne Einrichtung, sehr sauber

Die Wände sind sehr dünn und kaum schallisoliert. Die Leute im angrenzenden Apartment kamen um 23h zurück, wir lagen bereits im Bett. Sie redeten normal miteinander und wir konnten fast die Gespräche verstehen. Dann gingen alle 3 vor dem schlafen gehen noch duschen so dass es uns bis nach Mitternacht nicht mehr möglich war weiter zu schlafen.
