Incredible view in a nice clean hotel - loud bells!

Nice hotel in an incredible location - the area is gorgeous and the view from the hotel to the "Black Forest Cathedral" is utterly amazing. Hotel is nice and clean.

The bells from the cathedral are pretty loud - I feel a bit silly saying it as obviously they would be loud as you're right next to them but they will wake you up early! Its still worth it though!

Very frendly, attentive staff Lovely restaurant - the forelle was excellent. Clean room. Great pillows. Lovely view of the cathedral. Ideal location for attending a concert at the dom. Convenient parking.

The shower cabinet is a bit small. Toilettries are basic but perfectly functional. The shower head fixture was a bit wobbly.

Brilliant location for hikers / visitors to St Blasien. Good food. Great Staff!!

Fantastic location. The name is the give away for it's proximity to the Cathedral and the Schluchtensteig Trail runs right by it. The staff here were very friendly especially when I was checking in. I can only speak a little German and the lady checking me in could only speak a little English but she was so patient and it was kinda fun going through the process. The hotel has a great cafe bar / restaurant which was really really good. Good breakfast. My room was very clean, and comfortable.

The stairs, corridors and room were a bit dated. However everything was clean and well kept.

perfect location right in the centre, close to the cathedral and shops and restaurants, comfy bed, very clean, nice mini bar, convenient to have a restaurant there as well

the staff wasn‘t very attentive or welcoming, had to wait for service a few times

Touristy place where you pay a lot of money for the proximity to the dome.

The quality of the breakfast was poor (some products offered were way past the best before date, bread and cheese etc. was low quality), we had to wait long and ask several times to get coffee / bread to our table.

Wohlfühlhotel mit Charme

Sehr freundliches und gemütliches Hotel. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber vom Dom. Mit kostenlosem Parkplatz. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr einladend, mit leckerem Essen und sehr freundlichem Personal.

Leider keine Federkissen. Aber sonst alles perfekt!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt für ein Weihnachtsmarkt Wochenende

Die Lage direkt am Dom Platz ist genial. Das Frühstückszimmer liegt wie der Bug eines Schiffes mitten im Fluss. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt ein Restaurant und Café im Haus.

Das es ein altes Haus ist, gab es leider keinen Fahrstuhl. Alle Zimmer liegen im 1.Og und höher

Locatie is top. Ontbijt is voldoende en niet te uitgebreid, maar zeer goede prijs (€8,- pp). Vriendelijk personeel

We hadden een niet rokers kamer. Maar in de gang hangt wel een rokers geur. Let op. De kerkklok gaat om 06.00 uur bellen.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage

Die Lage ist toll. Unser Zimmer hatte die Aussicht auf den Domplatz Das Hotel hat eine Terrasse, auf der wir die Sonne und die Aussicht auf den Dom genießen konnten.

Das Restaurant schließt am Abend sehr früh.

Ein phantastischer Blick auf den Dom. Man konnte abends wunderbar Kaffee trinken und essen auf der Terasse mit Blick auf den Dom. Sehr gut organisiert.

Für erholsames Schlafen am falschen Ort

Tolle Lage, direkt am Schluchtensteig und direkt vorm Dom. Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut.

Die direkte Lage am Dom wurde alle 15 Minuten durch Glockenschläge in Erinnerung gerufen. Zusätzlich verläuft direkt am Hotel auf beiden Seiten ein Bach. Bei geöffnetem Fenster unüberhörbar. Erholsames Schlafen war deshalb nicht möglich
