Great accomodation. Very comfortable.

Large apartment, comfortable. Clean and organised. The hoster was very helpful, friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for dinner. We had a great time at Casablanca restaurant, just on the corner and everything was awesome. Highly recommend this accomodation.

Didn’t have air conditioning or fan in the bedroom, so was a little uncomfortable to sleep ( summer time!).

Superb

Wonderful and extremely spacious apartment, has everything you need and then some. Private parking inside the compound is another plus if you're traveling by car, not that easy to find in many Italian cities.

Minor points - location is totally fine, though it is a 20-minute walk or so to the city center. Having stayed on a day of unusually bad weather in early May with the heating already off (probably for the season), it was a little bit chilly inside.

The host is very kind and caring, he helped us out whenever we needed. The house is very nice and clean. Old Italian style, but well maintained. Everything around us on walking distance. Neighborhood is fine. Perfect stay with our little one of 1,5 years old. Next time we’ll come again here.

The bed could be changed at one point, not very comfy for heavy people. But it was very clean and nice smelling ;)

Essendo un appartamento, la colazione è a propria discrezione, come posizione direi ottima a pochi metri dal giardino ducale e centro, Personale molto disponibile e pronto a consigliare al meglio le proprie esigenze. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento nonostante abbia uno stile anni 70/80 che può piacere oppure no, per la posizione, cordialità del proprietari e ordine /pulizia.

Praktisch appartement met goede ligging

Wij boekten het appartement omdat we dagelijks een familielid in het universitair ziekenhuis van parma moesten bezoeken. We hadden vlot contact met de eigenaar, het was een ruim en proper appartement met comfortabele bedden en airconditioning. We konden de wasmachine in de kelder ook gebruiken. Onze auto stond veilig op de afgesloten parking voor de deur geparkeerd.

Het douchegordijn mag wel eens vervangen worden en de inhoud van de keukenkasten wat betreft glazen, pannen en potten zou ook eens terug aangevuld mogen worden.

Propre et spacieux. Accueil attentionné de la part du gestionnaire. Facilité de stationnement en bas de l’immeuble dans une cour privée

Faible isolation phonique. Légèrement éloigné du centre historique mais aller-retour faisable en bus.

L’appartement était bien équipé et nous avons eu la possibilité de garer la voiture dans une cour fermée (sans supplément). Notre petit chien a été accepté (sans supplément).
