Except from these two things mentioned, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment.
The flat is modern and in a quiet place. Walkable distance to the city center. There are kitchen utensils, the washing machine and the fridge that you can use. The bed is comfortable.
We found some unwanted “friends” in the flat and unfortunately after informing the people responsible no action was taken. So we had to get rid of them with the spray that was left in the flat. The flat was not really clean and there were no cleaning products. Even though we asked the action wasn’t taken so I had to buy my own products and clean the apartment as we stayed there for a week. Also, some hand soap would be really helpful. :)

Viaggiavo per lavoro e l'appartamento è posizionato molto vicino ad una fermata dei mezzi, quindi una posizione molto comoda per me. L'unità è moderna e spaziosa. Molto comoda per una/due persone. Gli armadi in camera sono molto ampi e hanno anche molti appenditi, il che aiuta le permanenze più lunghe. Nell'ingresso vi è un sofà che presumo può essere usato come letto, quindi potrebbe ricevere anche più persone. L'unità ha tutte le vettovaglie necessarie per poter cucina a casa. E' disponibile anche un aspirapolvere ed un ferro da stiro. Peccato però che manca l'asse per stirare.
Niente ascensore. L'unità è al terzo piano. Il materasso era troppo soffice per il mio gusto. Manca l'asse per il ferro da stiro. I consumabili per la doccia erano un po' scarsi. Solo due bustine di doccia/shampo. Considerando che sono rimasto per due settimane, ho dovuto acquistare i consumabili per conto mio. Occasionalmente nel bagno si sente un odore di fogna. Non ho capito esattamente da dove. L'unità ha una TV che permette la visione di Netflix, Youtube, ecc, ma è molto lenta. I film spesso si fermano. Sarebbe utile collegare la TV al router tramite un cavo di rete, non tramite wi-fi.

È stato un incubo: appartamento infestato da blatte aria condizionata rotta: assolutamente NO

L’appartamento era infestato da blatte e privo di aria condizionata ( rotta e mai segnalato) presente invece nei servizi elencati su Booking. L’host completamente assente e noncurante di problematiche gravissime segnalate tempestivamente come quella di un’infestazione di blatte. Flusso d’acqua esiguo e problemi di miscelazione di acqua calda e fredda con grave disagio durante i lavaggi. Il soggiorno per noi è stato un incubo, da film horror. Non fidatevi delle recensioni…lo davano come eccellente.
