Modern apartment, excellent location (Oltratorrente is really nice), extremely quiet, new bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, silent airconditioning. I can only recommend this place (stayed with a family of 3 in hot summer). Parma is a gem, relaxed atmosphere, excellent food, interesting places to visit.

Tutto bene. Appartamento a piano terra ma tranquillo, comodo e centrale. Pulito e accessoriato. Mai visti i proprietari ma i contatti via messaggio sono stati nel complesso soddisfacenti in relazione alle esigenze.
Non ci sono state negatività né problemi.

La casa è molto graziosa e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro o la stazione ferroviaria. Vicino c'è un ottima pizzeria e ho preferito ordinare una pizza e cenare in casa poichè la location è davvero accogliente. Sono stata felicissima di trovare un televisore grande e con Netflix.
Se devo trovare per forza un difetto, l'unica cosa che cambierei sono i cuscini del letto. Per me erano un tantino scomodi ma dipende dalle abitudini personali.
