The owners run this place in a professional manner. They were friendly, helpful and accessible at all times. We rang them quite late with a question about the heating system and the owner explained everything to us no bother. The owners were very generous with their supplies in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom. There were croissants, fette biscottate, jam, water, milk and coffee left for our breakfast and plenty of it. There were plenty nice toiletries in the bathroom area. And most of all I would rate the cleanliness of this property as absolutely the best I have experienced in a long time. It was a pleasure to into their beds with those crisp clean hotel quality sheets, and clean and fluffy towels. I would recommend casa Miro to anyone visiting Parma for all the above and the convenience of the location. The taxi services was also amazing in that area.

Excellent host, spotless apartment!

Christian is an excellent host. Very warm welcome. He gave us good recommendations for restaurants. He left bottles of water, juices and snacks for us. Very appreciated. Beautiful apartment completely renovated, well equipped and spotless. Beds are so comfortable. A bit far from the central but the path is easy.

Great value for price and the best host ever

Owner is the greatest host I have ever seen. He really went extra mile to help us with everything we asked, and we are very thankfull for this. Apartment is big, 2 bedroom, and it is perfectly clean and equiped with everything you can possibly need. We liked coffee and candy selection. :) Location is ~20min by foot from train station. Host picked us up at train station so we didn't have any problems to find the place. Neigborhood is clean and quit.

Apartment is very nice,modern,new, spacious and very well equipped .We appreciate a lot that there was some coffee, milk,mineral water,juice and also some sweet bakery for the breakfast (what is not common at all).The owner was so nice,he accepted our late arrival and he came to meet us personally.The location of apartment and the neighborhood is very good and safe,it is quiet close to the centre of Parma.We strongly recommend it to everybody and we would be happy to come here again .

Consiglio a tutti di trascorrere il loro soggiorno in questa struttura. É più che ottima.

É una struttura perfetta per una famiglia, é dotata di tutti i comfort. Nonostante mia madre fosse in carrozzina, ci siamo trovati benissimo anche per gestirla. Cristian, l’host é gentilissimo e super disponibile.

Tolle Wohnung, Klasse Vermieter - es war schön hier.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Großzügige und komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung. Obwohl in der Nähe von Hauptverkehrsstraßen gelegen, war es in der Wohnung angenehm ruhig. Bis in die Stadt sind es zu Fuß ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten. Von der Bushaltestelle Hospital fahren verschiedene Busse ins Zentrum. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es ein Café, einen Fleischer und einen Bäcker. Wir waren längere Zeit in der Emilia Romagna unterwegs. Diese Unterkunft hat uns am besten gefallen.

Bel appartement

Logement confortable et bien equipé, à 20' du centre historique. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Cristian mais pas mal echangé avec lui sur Whatsapp. Il nous a donné pas mal de conseils sur la ville, les choses à voir, les restaurants et bars. Possible d'acheter une carte de parking à la journée pour stationner dans les zones bleues de Parme pour 7€

Un livret d'accueil regroupant les infos utiles du logement et de la ville serait un plus

L’appartamento era eccellente, molto comodo ed era allestito benissimo. 20 min a piedi del centro città.Cristian molto simpatico , preoccupato dei ospiti e pronto ad aiutare e consigliare buoni dati.

Super emplacement possibilité super ptit dej sur place ou au bar juste 20 mètres de l appart.le logement spacieux et d une propreté exeptionnelle et complet en tout.. vous ne manquerai de rien d utile une fois à l intérieur de votre logement ... il est vraiment complet en tout...et surtout aussi pas de superflu ... tout fonctionne..le quartier et calme ...bien situé..et beau par tout son environnement.. Le propriétaire super dispo et d une grande gentillesse..vous donneras toutes les informations dont vous aurez besoin pour passer un agréable séjour.. adresse à retenir...et pour nous sûrement notre future pied à terre à chaque fois que nous reviendrons à parme et ses environs...ca c est sur..

Casa ben tenuta, tutto molto facile da gestire. Linea prodotti di cortesia in bagno e disponibile il necessario per una colazione leggera, ma molto importante di primo mattino. Posizione perfetta fuori dal centro storico affollato e costoso, ma comunque a un passo dai monumenti principali.

Excellent séjour !

L’appartement, entièrement refait, est idéalement placé dans Parme à quelques minutes de voiture du Doumo. Il est très facile de se garer dans la rue. Le parking est payant de 9h à 19h et est très bon marché. Cristian est un hôte extrêmement accueillant et soucieux du confort de ses locataires. L’appartement est très bien équipé : machine à laver le linge, lave-vaisselle, téléviseur dans le salon et dans chaque chambre, climatisation. La cuisine est tout aussi bien équipée. L’appartement dispose d’un balcon suffisamment grand pour pouvoir y manger. Un très beau séjour à la casa Miró.
