Great host!

The apartment was cute with free parking, generally clean and decently close via bus (note it stops running at 9pm) to the center. The host was very responsive and helpful, checking in was easy with a key in a lockbox. Note there are quite a few stairs, but fine if you are generally able.

The beds were not very comfortable and there were not enough blankets. There was a strong smell of mold in the the apartment building itself, thankfully this did not carry into the apartment itself. The kitchen supplies were quite well used and not in great repair. We had some challenge parking on the street and had to wait for someone to move to be able to park near the apartment.

very clean, comfortable and easy checkin. host is super responsive and helped with restaurant recommendations. highly recommend to stay here when in Parma. street pay is available and city center a short drive.

Niente, meglio il tugurio

Buongiorno, mi ha chiesto, ieri, se potevo dirle qualcosa...avevo scelto l'altra struttura, la casa di Jennifer, perché Booking la dava come "favoloso", non avrei mai immaginato che per avere preso un cagnolino (e la ringrazio per questo), avermi dato in opzione la mangiatoia del Bambino Gesù, Borgo Valorio, 8 Il letto è TERRIBILE, non so' se ha mai avuto possibilità di provarlo, siamo con la schiena a pezzi; ho cercato di rimediare mettendoci il materassino da 10 cm, posto sull'altro letto, rumoroso e doghe ???domani mattina, provo a fissare il braccetto che sostiene la doccia che in questo momento non ha funzione e visto che mi ha parlato di "anallergenicita", per il cagnolino, direi che mi aspettavo un po' di pulizia più accurata, visto che, poi facevo un po' fatica a decidere dove posizionare il posto per farlo addormentare. Detto questo, riusciremo a superare tutto questo. Auguro a lei e suo marito, i migliori auguri di un Santo Natale e una buona giornata.

Locația este fabuloasă. Am avut la dispozitie cafea, ceai , apa si bucataria utilata cu tot ce-am avut nevoie sa pregatim o cina.

Super sauberes Apartment in sicherer, ruhiger Lage!

Wir wollten eine Unterkunft nahe der Paganini Grabstätte. Der Friedhof ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 2min vom Apartment weg. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr sehr ruhig, sicher und es gibt genügend Parkplätze an der Straße. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr, sehr sauber! Man kommt rein und es riecht frisch und sauber. Mit sauberen Bade/Handtüchern usw. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Alles ist super und empfehlenswert!

Das es keinen Aufzug gibt - das war etwas anstrengend mit allem Gepäck und Kindern im Treppenhaus- aber auch kein Riesen Ding.

Tutto bello e accogliente. Procedura di check-in un po' insolita ma efficace...(via wathsapp....con scatola segreta x il ritiro delle chiavi...una novità...). Titolare "invisibile" ma cortese x averci lasciato la colazione anche se non prevista...ottima posizione della casa e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Pulizia e dotazioni impeccabili. Attenzione è un terzo piano senza ascensore..

Tutto bene. Forse un po' di flusso d'acqua in più dai rubinetti non avrebbe guastato... Cucina ben fornita di tutto ma un po' sacrificata in larghezza...

Abitazione ordinata e pulitissima. Al nostro arrivo inoltra abbiamo trovato delle bevande (the, caffè e acqua) e tutto il necessario per poterlo fare in autonomia. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi
