Welcome to your vacation apartment F-01!
This 84-square-meter, 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of Building F. It is designed to accommodate 4 people.

Park your car conveniently in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by elevator or via the stairs.
The inviting hallway, featuring a coat rack and a large mirror, leads you directly to the first of the two bright and welcoming bedrooms on your left. It is furnished with a box-spring double bed, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. From here, you can also access the full bathroom with spa-like amenities.
Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find the second, slightly smaller bedroom on your left, featuring a single bed with a pull-out function that creates a fourth sleeping spot. Directly across from it is the apartment’s shower room.
But the heart of the apartment is still waiting for you—the living area! It features an open, modern built-in kitchen, a lovely dining area with four chairs, and a cozy sofa nook. From the living room, you can enjoy a fantastic, front-row view of the sea. This gives you the chance to enjoy the view through the large floor-to-ceiling windows or wind down the day with an exciting movie on the large flat-screen TV! You can also access the beautiful balcony from the living area. Two sun loungers and a table with seating for four are waiting for you!

The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental!

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.

The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the playroom make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nude beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
