We liked the helper guy very much. He is very polite and helpful. The rooms were modern and the whole building very beautiful and modern as well. Also the breakfast was nice and they have filtered water. The bed and pillows were nice. Across the hotel there is laundry where you can get your clothes clean the same day.
The rooms should be cleaner. The sheets and towels were clean.

The host was incredibly nice and helpful. We got to use the stove in the staff kitchen as well to prepare food for our small kids. We almost had the house to ourselves on most days we were there which was great because we could use the great living room and dining area and spread out as a family. The rooms are relatively new and spacious. And the breakfast was incredible. We tasted all of the options and it was super tasty and a lot of food. Both the Sri Lankan and the western breakfast were great. We ca highly recommend the accommodation.
A bit of deep cleaning in corners /hidden spots would not hurt. You usually don’t see it, but when you crawl on the floor with a baby, you see some.

This accommodation in Ella was pretty great if we consider the price for it, rooms were really spacious and beds comfortable. Our host was incredibly nice and friendly and always helped when needed😁
My friends had little problem with WIFI, I was using my SIM so don’t know. Also sometimes we didn’t have hot water but it depends on how many people were showering at that time, no big deal
