Nice location up in the hills, comfortable beds, big rooms and aircon worked well and nice and quiet.

Our room was below the restaurant so every morning at 5am could hear furniture being dragged across the floor. Pool wasn’t very clean and anyone with mobility issues would struggle to get in and out. Day spa was very average, old beds that creaked, door left open during massage.

The three things that stood out most were: 1. The exceptional staff and service. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. 2. The beautiful rooms and breathtaking views. Waking up to the stunning scenery each morning was a highlight of our trip. 3. The thoughtful personal touches. The little details and genuine care transformed a wonderful stay into a truly magical experience. Serenity also offers a variety of activities and wellness experiences. The spa was outstanding, and the early morning yoga session was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. Practicing yoga surrounded by nature as the sun rose, with nothing but birdsong and the sounds of the forest, was absolutely magical and something we will never forget.

The location is both a strength and a drawback. On the plus side, being away from the center means incredible peace, tranquility, and breathtaking view. it’s the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The only downside is that it’s less convenient if you want to head into town for dinner or an evening out. For us, however, the serenity and spectacular setting more than made up for the extra distance.
