A comfortable living area with a workstation, a dining area and a compact shower and WC round off the interior and make the studio a true home away from home.
The outside area is characterised by a garden with a fantastic view, which is available for shared use. The studio's large windows provide direct access to this outdoor area, which promises pure relaxation. A separate entrance through the garage, where a car parking space is also available on request, guarantees privacy and comfort.
The area surrounding the studio offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities. From hiking, mountaineering and ice skating to mountain biking, paragliding and skiing - there is something for everyone in the surrounding area.
