Absolutely beautiful stay - highly recommended

Firstly house itself was absolutely beautiful , very neat and clean with everything required . Beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree and a small cute Santa. Very well kept We were really surprised with the amount of thought given to keep some of the stuff like play puzzles for kids , diaper changing mats etc There is a small waterfall nearby , patio is beautiful and parking is available

A beautiful lodge in a great location

The lodge was exceptionally clean and absolutely beautiful. It was a very easy check in & check out process. The location was perfect as a short drive to Caernarfon and other surrounding areas. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of, even an air fryer ☺️ The little touches of stocking the fridge with essentials, and arriving to the heating on after a chilly day, were things that didn’t go unnoticed and were so appreciated. The host was fabulous and was on hand to communicate to if we needed anything. We ate at the on-site Poolside Bar on our first night and it was great food with a nice atmosphere, the staff were great too and very friendly. Overall couldn’t fault it and would definitely return. Thanks so much!

Immaculate lodge in perfect location

Absolutely perfect lodge in a stunning and peaceful location. The lodge was immaculate and really well equipped with everything we needed and the wine, butter, tea and coffee etc were lovely extras - very kind of the host! Loved the outdoor area, was so nice sitting out in the evening with a drink and the kids loved it too. Hogwarts cushions a great addition in the children's room! I stayed at Glan Gwna 30 years ago as a kid so was brilliant to be able to take my children! Facilities great, playground, bar, outdoor pool and arcade etc. Host kindly sent recommendations of things to go, places to eat which was very welcome, she couldn't do enough for us. Loved every minute and sad we couldn't stay longer this time but will be back again definitely!

Lovely place to stay.

Lovely lodge for a few days away! Clean, tidy and so homely. Perfect location for exploring Snowdonia. The pool area was great too, perfect for a chilled afternoon in the sun! The host kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed, thank you so much.

Lovely lodge in peaceful, scenic location. Lodge was very clean and well presented. Beds very comfortable. Owner provided lots of information about lodge, site and local area. Cafe on site did a great cooked breakfast. Location ideal for mountain walking or visiting Caernarfon.

A holiday in the nature

Located near Llanberis, which makes it easier to get to rock climbing venues or zip line activities.

The bed in the small room could be more comfortable, however, it was not a big deal for us considering the amazing view of the place.

The lodge is situated on a very well appointed site 2 miles from Caernarfon. There are great facilities on site but it's very peaceful if you want a quiet holiday..

Little bit of luxury in beautiful, tranquil surroundings. Highly recommend .

Fantastic location, central to many local attractions. The chalet itself was higher up on stilts. Felt like you were living in the trees, stunning. Beautiful sun sets and sunrises from the ample wrap around terrace. Chalet was spotlessly clean with all mod cons. A real home from home. Fran was a fantastic host, kept in touch through our stay and the welcome gift was really appreciated

Nothing really. We were 2 couples staying so the second bedroom with bunks could have done with a few hooks or more storage, however if you were a family with kiddies, it would be perfectly fine.

Clean and in a great location. Looks like it was recently furnished.

Not a big issue but the Main bedroom was very small so there was very little room to walk round the bed for the person sleeping next to the patio door. Not really an problem for us but would be a problem for anyone with any type of mobility issues. The bunk bed in the second bedroom was also very noisy when you moved on it.

We stayed there with couple friends.4 person in total. Lodge very clean and very well equiped. Host Fran very helpfull and stayed in touch in case you need.Thank you for all help. Lodge located in very well place,so close about 30min drive to Penny-Pass ,from where we climbed Snowdon. Would definetly reccomend and come back if next time in Snowdon

Pleasant stay

The property was well-kept and very well maintained. The host, Fran, responded quickly and she was a text away for all our needs. Fran also provided quite a few essentials in the kitchen such as milk, coffee, tea, cookies and welsh cakes apart from the cutlery, oven, toaster, microwave etc. etc. I can suggest few bits and pieces, such as a floor mat once we enter the chalet, especially on rainy days when you wouldn't want to make the floor wet. And door hangers in the bedrooms would be another good addition. Overall, a very lovely stay and we are looking forward to visiting the chalet again in future.

Excellent property, good location.

Exceptionally clean and spotless , a credit to the owner Fran. Well equipped with everything you could need and the welcome pack left for us was a treat. We didn’t need to rush out and get anything. The location of the property is very good for getting around Wales and a lot of nice places to visit.

smaller than I was expected (probably my mistake) luckily weather was fab and we were out exploring most of the day. I did not realise that the holiday camp did not have other outdoor spaces for the children to play safely - apart from the swimming pool and the small play ground.
