About this bed and breakfast

A spacious 2 bedroom ground floor Family Suite. A self contained annexe consisting of a large room with a King size bed and an adjoining room with 2 single beds with the option of adding a cot. Suitable for single, double, twin or families. Digital TV, Free WiFi, well stocked hospitality tray, hairdryer, radio alarm, towels, bathrobes and toiletries.
Just 4 miles from junction 28 of the M5 motorway we are ideally located for the business user and leisure guest. Our farmhouse accommodation offers spacious ensuite rooms, free wi fi access, fridge, microwave and own separate access so you are free to come and go as you please. Each room has been individually decorated and provide hot drinks facilities with biscuits, Digital TV, radio alarm, safe, hairdryer, a range of toiletries and much more.

There is ample safe parking on site and several local pubs in the area all serving excellent food.

Single, double, twin and families all welcome.

For the keen fisherman we have four coarse fishing ponds within 500 yards of the house. Free fishing is available to guests staying.

We are a non smoking establishment and pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Stayed at Newcourt overnight with my family, whilst visiting Killerton House for Christmas. Perfect location for this, local pubs (we ate at the Merry Harriers less than a 10 minute drive away and walkable in day light) and nearby walks. We stayed in the wonderful Oak Room, a lovely spacious, family room located in an adjoining annexe. Just perfect, comfortable and a smashing breakfast too. Thank you.

We stayed in the Oak suite and found the accommodation spotlessly clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we had a great night's sleep amidst the quiet of the countryside. The shower room was perfectly kitted out with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, cream, cotton wool etc. The accommodation was warm and tea/coffee/hot chocolate and biscuits were provided with a kettle in the room. Newcourt Barton is a working farm with sheep, cows and two lovely sheepdogs.

Felt like luxury. The host has it all spot on, friendly, polite and hospitable. If I could have taken the furniture and bedding with me I would have taken it, as it was all so very comfortable. All the little touches like, robes, towels, flannels, toiletries, tv in both rooms, biscuits, fan and hot water bottle are brilliant. It’s like everything has been thought of.
