Richard and Ling were very friendly and welcoming Breakfast was nice Nice view of the river and bridge from our room
Poor water pressure in the bathroom, couldn't run a bowl of water plus the water didn't run hot in the sink. Pillows were very hard, I know this is personal preference but it meant we didn't sleep that well
