Location, location, location. Also the 20% off food voucher was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but nice.
Shower was quite small, as someone on the curvy side and with a big partner, it was less than ideal. The water pressure was also a little rubbish, but it did the job.
The room was far too stuffy (temperature wise). Granted we stayed during the heatwave but no kind of precautions (such as airing the room out before check in) were made and also no fan was provided.

The property is very tired and needs some TLC, on using the shower the first time the shower tray started to fill, on taking out the trap we found it to be clogged with hair !!! House keeping in the shower room especially needs to be far better.
The small bed was very uncomfortable got very little sleep.
