Loved the villa and Ngakan, our friendly, responsive host!

The villa itself is wonderful, a beautiful pool view and clean facilities. Ngakan, the host, made our stay very comfortable. He's incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. Being able to simply WhatsApp him with any request was fantastic, and he always went above and beyond to fulfill them. His constant availability made my family feel so comfortable and welcomed from start to finish.

The villa is beautifully tucked away for peace and quiet. Just a friendly heads-up: the final stretch of road can be a bit narrow, so having an experienced private driver is a good idea for a relaxed journey.

We were able to get a good sense of day to day life of local farming families

Breakfast was great. We had a great view of the rice fields and got to interact with some local families there. Location was a bit away from shops but we valued the serenity

The drive way in was a bit of a challenge for the drivers

Worst experience ever in Bali.

Nothing 😡

Many things are used and broken. Many door-locks are broken and no keys available. Many neighbours are passing 1meter near the swimming pool . So : safety zero ! Worst experience ever .

The pool area is really nice and we have a good time there. The floating breakfast was nice and super instagrammable. The rooms are ok - we had issues with the WiFi and tvs but they were worked out quite promptly.

It rained while we were there and we found that the sliding doors across the house leaked. We had to get them to give us extra towels to block the leaky areas.

the pool and the privacy each guest had with space of their own.

the beds were uncomfortable and there was no TV in the lounge area which meant people hid away in the rooms to watch tv .

Incroyable.

Nous avons passé 8 nuits dans cette magnifique villa. À 5 minutes en scooter de Ubud, l’emplacement est parfait. Tout était parfait. Et que dire de Ngakan avec son équipe (Budi et Deo). Très réactif lorsque nous avons besoin de quelques choses. Je recommande cette villa avec Ngakan.
