Every single thing!!! Best service especially after having the worst service ever while in Malaysia at star Klcc (don’t ever go there). The staff was amazing. View impeccable. Amazing hotel restaurant. Staff was so helpful in every way. You can tell the owners really care about the product

The location of the resort is good and there is a good security when you enter the property.
The place is not maintained for a good stay. We stayed in our own private Mezanine villa, but the stay was as far from pleasant. The whole villa was shaky, there were multiplexes the size of palm crawling in the bathroom. I saw three in my two days stay and I was at a point scared of sleeping or taking a shower. If you need something you have to walk all the way out of resort to request something. The whole bathroom was open, so there were a lot of mosquitoes in the night. Horrible stay.
