The place was nice and private, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool was a good size and staff are super helpful :) the staff helped carry all our luggage to our room and to the car once checking out and they organised scooter hires for us and made sure we were good to go!
The villa we got was a very long walk from the reception which was a bit of a mission and the breakfast was pretty average but those would be the only bad points.

The staff were fabulous. The gardens were beautiful and well kept. The facilities had a traditional Balanise feel that made us feel relaxed and were close to eating places if we wanted a meal. We were further away from the busyness of the markets and busy streets so we could go for a relaxing walk down the road if we wanted.

I choose this place for a bath, and couldnt use the bath at all for my whole stay. The breakfast wasn't good standard. The tap in the sink needed fixing. Mosquito bed nets had holes and stains. My pillow case had stains. $400 per night is way too much for the Villa.
