The Luxury Villa - 3 Bedrooms Private Villa Ubud by Serenity Property

Beautiful villa really with good facilities, friendly staffs.

Just little bit difficult if want to order taxi online because location is bit inside. But not a big deal really, still love our stay!

location for us was great as a family of 5 with small children. Tucked away in rice fields its was quite as well as a pool club right down the driveway called Taroo. They have free foam parties at the weekends, great food. The Villa its self is beautiful. Very comfortable beds, Tv in every bedroom as well as aircon in every single room.

As a company, there are six different villas on site. Unfortunately, there was no one there to greet us on arrival. We arrived at the first villa, which is called Luxury Villa on the booking system but this had Ubud after it. As the key was already in the door, we naturally assumed this was our villa and unpacked. A little while later, a member of the team came into the villa to let us know that it wasn't actually the one we had been allocated. After seeing the villa we were originally meant to stay in, they kindly allowed us to remain in the first one as we had already unpacked. Just be aware when you arrive that it isn't made clear which villa you should check into, so it's worth confirming before settling in. One issue we did notice was that nearly all of the doors didn't lock, we did let them know, but nothing was done about it during our stay. We personally felt very safe during our stay and didn't have many valuables with us, so it didn't affect us too much, but it is something the owners should address. This property is also listed on Airbnb. If we had booked through Airbnb, I would have been a little disappointed with the limited utensils, cookware, and basic condiments provided, especially as we've stayed in six other villas around Bali that were much better equipped. Finally, just as a helpful tip for future guests, the Indomarket on the corner is cash only, so make sure you have some cash with you if you plan to shop there, if not a couple of others are just up the road.
