I absolutely loved my stay at Four Elements Villa. The staff are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive to detail, and the room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. What stood out most was the outstanding hospitality. Although I was scheduled to arrive at 5:00 PM, I did not arrive until 9:00 PM. Since I was offline, I had no way of communicating and was worried that no one would be available to check me in. To my surprise, Juan was still waiting for me. The fact that he stayed without hearing from me was incredibly thoughtful and greatly appreciated. After checking me in, he took the time to explain everything about the villa and the surrounding area. The team also created a dedicated WhatsApp group for me, which made communication seamless throughout my stay. They kept me informed of anything important and took my breakfast orders each day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and always served at my preferred time. The villa itself is peaceful and serene, located away from the noise and crowds, yet close enough to reach the center of Ubud easily by Grab. I mainly used Grab Bike and never had any difficulty finding transportation or ordering food deliveries. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and well looked after. Four Elements Villa exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Ubud.

I genuinely have no complaints about this villa. My stay was excellent, and it is as close to perfect as it gets. The only suggestions I would make are minor improvements that could enhance an already wonderful experience. First, management could consider having overnight staff or security on site to provide additional peace of mind for guests. To be clear, I stayed for six days and never experienced any safety issues whatsoever; this is simply a suggestion rather than a criticism. Second, a full-length mirror in the bedroom would be a useful addition. Finally, given that Ubud occasionally experiences power outages, having a backup power supply could help minimize any inconvenience to guests. Other than these small suggestions, everything was fantastic. I would happily stay at Four Elements Villa again if I return to Ubud and would highly recommend it to others.

The place felt like home. I travelled with my 20 year old daughter and she was fully satisfied with the cafes, shops and vibe around the property. And yet the place was private, quiet and serene. The private pool added to the charm. The house keeper came when we asked her to and she was amazing as well. The property and people involved represent the Indonesian hospitality and warmth to the best.
