The green tree house was exceptional - we loved the tranquility and beautiful; welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and friendly; being very accommodating to all of our questions and requests. We felt very at home in this place - can highly recommend!

This place is amazing! We stayed in the deluxe family room and it was an amazing 2 stories lodge with a big parental room upstairs and two beautiful rooms in the lower levels with outdoor bathrooms. The staff was super sweet and very helpful and the hotel is very well located near the monkey forest and a 30 min walk to the palace. Lots of restaurants and shops just outside the hotel on the main street. The hotel complex is very calm and secluded even with being so close to the street!
I’d say it would be nice if there was outside furniture to enjoy the big terrace in front of the main room ( maybe an outdoor table and a couple of chairs!) but very nice overall

The property was set on nice grounds and some of the rooms are spacious
The pool was not clean so we couldn’t swim
The grounds were mosquito ridden
The breakfast was poor quality
The staff were very young and mostly didn’t speak English
The rooms had leaks from the roof when it rained
In our 2 storey villa the hot water didn’t work upstairs when the shower was in use upstairs
One of the rooms developed a horrific smell. Luckily they could move us because the staff couldn’t fix it
The place had no breakfast area other than on the lawn which was often wet if it had rained
