Our stay at Kanhara Villas Ubud was truly wonderful and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and incredibly friendly service from Yuni, Putu, and the entire team. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable, valued, and very well looked after throughout our stay. What really impressed us was the efficiency and attention to detail. Every food delivery, request, and service we arranged was handled promptly and, remarkably, delivered exactly at the time requested. The airport pick-up and drop-off were also perfectly organised and right on time, making the arrival and departure completely stress-free. The setting of Kanhara Villas is another highlight. Located on a quiet private road away from the busy streets of Ubud, it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while still being conveniently located. It was lovely to return after a day of exploring Bali and enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings. A special thank you to Yuni, Putu, and all the team for their kindness, smiles, and genuine hospitality. Their warm welcome and excellent service played a big part in making our stay so enjoyable.

There are only a couple of small areas that could make the experience even better. The food selection and overall food quality could be improved, with a little more variety and refinement. It would also be worth giving the villas a small maintenance touch-up. In our case, Villa 5 had a small chip on the table and some slight bubbling/unevenness in the wooden flooring. These are minor details, but addressing them would bring the accommodation up to an even higher standard.

Good location outside of Ubud and enough facilities nearby. Proberty was as described. Staff were very dedicated and very helpful. Breakfast was always on time when ordered.

If youre not good with stairs i would avoid. Pool didnt get enough sun to ever not be cold. Had to keep the air con on at night to drown out any noise from neighbours, could hear someone on the phone for hours one night. Inconsistency with laundry charges, one was a single charge and the next one was itemised just for doing washing not by weight.

The only good thing about this place is location. Very quiet and still not too far from the center of Ubud. Also price is quite cheap affordable.

It wasn’t clean. It didn’t feel clean. Happens often in Bali. I had to ask twice to change the bedding because even thought it was ironed it wasn’t cleaned! The pillowcases didn’t smell fresh, it smelled like somebody already slept in this bed. The stuff changed it once and then again but with no success. I ended up buying a new set of pillow cases so I could sleep. The colony of big ants were living in the bathroom.
