the property was close to local coffee shops and restaurants. This villa is in the perfect location, and a beautiful neighborhood. Its about 20 minute ride from Monkey park and shopping. If you like art, there are endless galleries. I like how the property is designed, the bed is cozy, bathroom is big and the hot water was so good, it lasted a long time. I would definitly stay again! Also staff is friendly and so kind.

The villa looks exactly like the photos—modern with beautiful Balinese touches. It comes with well-equipped amenities, including a fully functional stove and complete kitchen utensils, which is a great bonus if you prefer cooking during your stay. The location isn't within walking distance of Ubud town center (around Goutama Street), but it's only about a 7–10 minute Grab ride away. The upside is that the area is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, making it an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. Easy communication via WhatsApp, all team member indeed genuinely care, but I would especially like to thank Miadi, who went above and beyond with exceptional hospitality. Nothing less than what I'd expect from the Pramana Group. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful stay near Ubud.

The property was well located, well signed to find, the staff was pleasant and helpful, very clean, nice designed, equipped with all the necessary things, the energy of the place is amazing and we re book for a couples of days later on because my wife loved it
