Peaceful and relaxing

Lovely space and all you need to cook in the apartment. Quiet and 10min walk to lake. Grocers below and boulangerie opposite.

We enjoyed 2 nights on Annecy. Flat was very comfortable for 4 of us. Fati was kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay

The flat was spacious and well equipped. There was a little supermarket underneath and an excellent bakery just across the road. Great to have secure parking.

Really nice apartment and well equipped with all we needed for eating in. Close to the lake (within walking distance), restaurants, and city center.

Y a même pas les capsule pour faire un café ou du Nescafe y’a vraiment rien par rapport au prix

L appartement ne mérite pas du tout ce prix ,il était incroyablement froid,le chauffage l ont allumé au moment de notre arrivée et il marchait quasiment pas au point on mis de l eau bouillante en dessus de la plaque toute la soirée pour nous faire chauffer,y a même pas une couverture de plus ,très déçue,une nuitée à 350 euros finalement on aurait du rester chez nous au moin on a le chauffage,à 350 euros ils pensent même pas à mettre un capsule à café pour le petit dej,prix extrêmement excessif,on trouve que c est de l arnaque même par rapport même au qualité des lits , l appartement ne mérite pas plus que 140 euros maximum par nuitée vraiment maximum

Nähe zur Stadt, wir haben alles zu Fuss gemacht. Schöne Wohnung. War alles vorhanden was man brauchte, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöne Dusche. Nette Kontaktperson. Korrekte Photos. Toller Parkplatz. Storen elektrisch.

WC sehr klein, Fenster Küche liess sich nicht öffnen, eine Store kann man nicht mehr hochziehen, Dusche sehr gut und gross (aber Dusche Regenfall defekt), keine Klimaanlage (sehr heiss, da Dachwohnung).

Appartamento bello e spazioso a pochi passi dal centro di Annecy

L’appartamento è molto bello e spazioso, arredato con gusto. La zona la zona giorno ampia e luminosa con un bel terrazzo da cui si può godere della vista sulla città, perfetta per cucinare e rilassarsi in compagnia. Le camere da letto sono entrambe matrimoniali e dotate di armadi. Molto comodo il posto auto in cortile. L’appartamento è in un’ottima posizione per raggiungere sia la stazione che il centro di Annecy in 10-15 minuti di camminata. La soluzione è stata perfetta per trascorrere un soggiorno di 4 notti tra amici senza rinunciare alla comodità.

Purtroppo sia la finestra della cucina che di una delle camere da letto non erano apribili. Il bagno è organizzato alla francese quindi lavabo e doccia si trovano nel bagno finestrato mentre il wc di trova in uno stanzino cieco molto piccolo.

Gezellige uitvalsbasis, doch is hygiëne een werkpunt

We werden erg goed ontvangen door Fatima, een vriendelijke dame die op tijd aanwezig was. Het appartement is ruim en is voldoende uitgerust om er meerdere dagen te verblijven. De parkeerplaats is ook erg handig en veilig: via een slagboom kom je terecht op het parkeerterrein achteraan het gebouw. De parkeerplaats is echter niet gereserveerd. Je moet dus parkeren waar er plaats is. Het appartement voelt erg gezellig en huislijk aan. Ook de locatie was ideaal: 15 minuutjes wandelen naar het centrum, een bakker en een kruidenier in de straat. Eén supermarkt op 7 minuutjes wandelen.

Het appartement heeft een deep clean nodig: de salontafel, douche, toilet, dampkap, keukenkastjes waren niet proper genoeg. Ook zijn er hier en daar spullen te vinden van de eigenaar: persoonlijke fotoboeken, toiletartikelen, gebruikt scheerapparaat,… waardoor dit aanvoelt dat je echt iemands personal space terecht komt. Helaas was ook het raam van een slaapkamer en de keuken stuk waardoor je deze niet kon open zetten of de rolluik naar omhoog kon doen waardoor het rond deze tijd van het jaar erg donker was. Indien dit alles wordt aangepakt, zou dit verblijf een 10/10 worden.

Dobra lokalizacja, mieszkanie ogólnie dobrze wyposażone. Internet bardzo dobrej jakości.

Niestety mieszkanie było sprzątnięte niedokładnie. Część urządzeń niesprawna (elektrokominek). W czasie pobytu w mieszkaniu nie pracowało jeszcze ogrzewanie, co na ostatnim piętrze o tej porze roku nie było komfortowe. Pozostawione niedopite alkohole, w koszu na bielizne pozostawiona skarpetka.. Rezerwacja była w krótkim terminie od przyjazdu, co mogło wpłynąć na nie przygotowanie obiektu w odpowienim stopniu.

El apartamento es perfecto, tal cual las fotos, amplio, cómodo y limpio, a 15min del centro, en zona tranquila. El chico que nos atendió a la llegada super amable, no se puede pedir más excelente!! Repetiría sin dudar.

God indretning. Alt hvad der var brug for i ordentlig kvalitet. Godt sengetøj og håndklæder. Ryddeligt. Nem kommunikation på engelsk. Meget kort vej til fods til indkøb, centrum og sø. Tryghed i fht. privat parkering lige bag bygningen.

Støj fra gaden, men det må jo forventes med den beliggenhed.

Sehr schöne, moderne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Gemütlich mit einem kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäft im Haus. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Altstadt mit vielen Shops und Restaurants.

La Pulizia è da migliorare. Il bagno è il classico alla francese (no bidet) con wc in una stanza piccola separata.
