160M2 townhouse with lovely bucolic garden in a very nice area of Annecy. Less than 300m from the villa, you will find everything you need.(Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, excellent cheese maker, market gardener, bank, press, cinema, restaurants ...)
The heart of the city of Annecy is 1km away, the lake and its 1st beaches less than 2km away. You can put your car down and get around everywhere on foot or by bike. Only flat to the lake!
The house has 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for 6 adults + 2 children or 4 adults and 4 children.

CH3: Children's bunk beds
CH4: double bed + sink area
1 bathroom with bathtub and 2 separate toilets
The tree-shaded garden has a 25m2 terrace with table and outdoor lounge, deckchairs, barbecue and swing. A small vegetable garden with aromatic herbs to season your dishes is at your disposal.
You have a closed parking for 2 cars in front of the house.
Optional: Rental of our bikes: 1 men's bike +1 female bike with child seat + cart for 2 children to attach to the back of the men's bike. (250 € the week)
