A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location!

We all enjoyed our stay at Le Thiou, it was in a fantastic location to easily & quickly get to from the train station and we were close to amenities such as supermarkets and eateries. It was a lovely walk along the river to get to the Old Town, which was stunning! The apartment was clean and well equipped and had beautiful views from the lounge and balcony and from the bedrooms too. The bathroom was lovely with modern and sleek shower and sink unit. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels that were there were of good quality. It was easy to get into the property and the set up with collecting keys was smooth and all the information that we needed was easy to access and handy when we were there. The hosts were easy to contact during our stay and ensured we were looked after. We all enjoyed our stay!

A bit more toilet paper to be left! The floor in the kitchen/dining area needs to be flattened out as could be a trip hazard, it wasn't a problem for us but might be for someone unsteady.

La qualité des infos et des contacts précis et rapides. L’emplacement le le long du Thiou, la vie, l’espace, l’aménagement, la propreté, les équipementS, la vaisselle variée, …

Le parquet qui a du prendre une fuite. C’est tout … donc pas grand chose.

Séjour à la montagne

L'appartement est spacieux, très bien situé. À proximité immédiate de chemins qui longent la rivière, à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville. Les indications fournies pour les différentes étapes de l'arrivée sont claires, nettes et précises, photos et vidéo à l'appui. Il s'agit d'un service de conciergerie. Il n'y a personne sur place mais l'équipe est joignable au téléphone et très réactive. Nous avons pu prendre notre petit chien, sans supplément. Il y a un parking privé, plein air. Les commentaires précédents mentionnent l'étroitesse des accès. Ce n'est pas faux, mais la Dacia Sandero passe largement.

Le micro onde est très compliqué à comprendre, il n'y a pas de mode d'emploi. Il y a un bidon de lessive... Vide. L'éclairage des chambres est très léger.

Rymligt och bra läge!

Stort och rymligt. Bra läge med promenadavstånd in till byn. Fräscht och stor balkong! Plus med bra parkering!

Det var lite krångligt att ta sig in första gången. Fick inte koden till nyckelskåpet först och det var svårt att nå värden på telefon. Men tillslut löste det sig. Så det krävdes lite tålamod.

Le manque de nettoyage ,sol, vaisselle, réfrigérateur, un dégât des eaux à eu lieu auparavant...dommage de ne pas mettre les locataires au courant..l accès très étroit du parking..résultat deux jantes alu abimer...

Appartement familial à 10 min du centre

La taille de l'appartement et du séjour, très agréable et pouvant accueillir une famille nombreuse. Nous n'étions que trois, c'était très grand. L'emplacement est correct, l'environnement immédiat est sans intérêt mais il est situé à 10 min du centre à pieds. Place de parking appréciable bien qu'un peu étriqué pour la montée.

L'odeur dans le hall d'humidité, la douche qui se bouchait rapidement, taies d'oreillers manquantes. Des capsules de café auraient été les bienvenues ainsi qu'une bouteille d'eau.

Gute Unterkunft in der Nähe der Altstadt

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage um in ca 10 Minuten die Altstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen, Supermärkte sind auch gut erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz für das Auto ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit Rollläden können alle Zimmer verdunkelt werden. Man hat genügend Platz und kann sogar einen Balkon nutzen.

Die Zufahrt zum außen liegenden Parkplatz ist sehr eng und für große Autos weniger geeignet. Zudem ist es etwas umständlich das Gepäck in die Wohnung zu bringen (über den Parkplatz in die Tiefgarage, durch die Fahrradgarage hindurch (Tür aufschließen und weitere Tür öffnen) in den kleinen Aufzug. Die Sauberkeit war ok, ist aber noch ausbaufähig. Für uns war das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer zu schmal, was sicherlich Geschmacksache ist. Notfalls könnte man auf das zweite Schlafzimmer ausweichen mit Hochbett, dort hat unsere Tochter geschlafen.

Séjour non recommandable

Je n’ai rien aimé dans cette location qui n’était pas habitable.

Le ménage n’était pas fait avec des lits démontés, des serviettes au sol dans toutes les pièces, salle de bain et toilettes sales et chasse d’eau non tirée. C’est désolant quand vous arrivez vers 20h30 à quatre et qu’il faut trouver deux chambres d’hôtel à la dernière minute le 30/12. De plus, le propriétaire a déclaré à Booking que l’on ne s’est pas présenté. Nous avons été remboursé mais nous avons été obligé de payer 60 € de plus pour les deux chambres et aucune indemnisation par le propriétaire et pas de geste commercial de la part de Booking après deux relances. C’est navrant.

Pas d eau chaude le dernier jour ( matin ), pas terrible pour clôturer le séjour. Un rouleau de papier toilette entamé pour 4 personnes pour 3 jours c est un peu limite. Les oreillers étaient un peu petits
