Not really a "don't like", but be aware, the parking space is small. Our Peugeot 308 just fitted.

Nice spot if you are visiting Annecy, and want to be close to the center and the lake. Friendly owners.

A nice and friendly apartment for 2 (plus a child), in a new building, with good parking, great location near the heart of the city, and a big terrace to enjoy.

You need to count with the limited size of the parking spot, as well as with the dust there, and the short steep climb back and forth when walking to the center (or anywhere for that matter) (though will be better when they finish the way down through the park, easier for example with a stroller).

Lovely flat, great location

Virtually brand new apartment with a large balcony, good shower and equipped with everything we needed. Monica was lovely and very helpful. Garage was tight for space (unload first!) but secure and location great for both the old town and the lake.

This is a studio flat, not one bedroom - and the living area is restricted in favour of more balcony. This is not a criticism as it works well for a short break. But description and varying bed covers in the photos did lead to a higher expectation.

Nothing.

The bed was not comfortable. The sheets & belows were warring out and smile turable. I think the owner brings what ever left over in her house to the apartment. Also in booking they mentioned AC, while there is only a van. The location is up on hill , parking is turrabke too.

Prima verblijf met giga groot terras met mooi uitzicht.

Prima locatie! Je moet wel een stuk naar boven lopen want nogal stijl is. Voor ons is het geen probleem maar mensen met een mindere conditie kan dit wel een probleem zijn. Zit heel dicht bij het centrum en het meer. Appartement echt heel netjes, fijne bedden en alles zit in de keuken. Zelfs een wasmachine. Wel vonden wij het warm, alleen een mobiele airco. Wij lieten de deur open en toen was het prima. Appartement had een heel groot terras met prachtig uitzicht. Geen geluidsoverlast gehad.

Alles prima, misschien iets waar je je shampoo etc kunt opzetten in de doucheruimte. Een normale airco zou beter zijn.

Tolle Lage. Terasse.

Ein Schwall an Informationen über Appartement, Zugang und Pflege. 17(!) Verbote mündlich und schriftlich. Keine klare Anweisung bezüglich der Zufahrt. Info Overkill! Wir haben auch schon einen eingeschalteten Kühlschrank anderswo vorgefunden, die Klimaanlage - Abluft durch offene (!) Terassentuer, daher weitestgehend ineffizient.
