Monique was very communicative and easy to deal with. Gave full instructions regarding picking up the keys and the management of the unit.
Not really a "don't like", but be aware, the parking space is small. Our Peugeot 308 just fitted.

A nice and friendly apartment for 2 (plus a child), in a new building, with good parking, great location near the heart of the city, and a big terrace to enjoy.
You need to count with the limited size of the parking spot, as well as with the dust there, and the short steep climb back and forth when walking to the center (or anywhere for that matter) (though will be better when they finish the way down through the park, easier for example with a stroller).
