Perfectly acceptable for our requirements. The kitchen utensil’s provided were good quality. Did go looking for a corkscrew which wasn’t there.
Towels that were provided were good size.
Few more pictures around, would make it a bit more homey. It was wet, and we didn’t spend a lot of time in the property but one afternoon sat and watched tv. Noticed the back garden was full of dog poo. Would not have been able to spend time out there, it was awful.
There were only 3 of us staying and then had another 2 people over to eat one evening. It would have been quite crowded with 6 adults staying.

The double bed wasn’t the best for comfort .
We personally found the parking on the drive was a nightmare at times due to other residents ! This would be fine if you have a smaller vehicle so you had more turning room

It was stress free checking in and the property was clean and equipped with all necessary utilities
A bit of an old house so there was 1 toilet and it had water and mold marks in some places.

The house has a great layout and location is good for the town centre and Mumbles.
There was more than sufficient space for our belongings.
The shower is great. The kitchen is really lovely.
The outside space was a good size and private.
The carpets and sofa upholstery weren't clean.
The bathroom would benefit from a complete refit as it is dated and the grouting is very tired.
The bedrooms would be more welcoming if repainted.
The lamps in two of the bedrooms didn't work.
There were some problems, however, once we spoke to support they sent maintenance and they were addressed.
We would return if the changes were made.

Location was good as we were at the aquatic centre all weekend.
House was freezing when we arrived. Boiler switched off, no heating or hot water. Kitchen window open (someone could easily have climbed in) fridge was also switched off. Mugs left on side one clearly unwashed and another with a large chip out of the edge.
Once we’d switched the boiler on we tried to find the thermostat, in the end we rang the office, the girl that answered the phone could have been a robot, felt she was reading off a prompt sheet and had no interest in our dilemma. Once we located the thermostat we had to leave the property and go find somewhere warm while the house heated up.
In general the house was ok but decor was tired in places. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve been in, though my son said his was ok.
Felt we’d been given keys to a house which had been closed down, very unwelcoming. When asked for my feed back on Saturday, I replied with what I’ve stated above but the only communication I got back on 4 occasions was that we had to be out the house by 10.15 on the Sunday or we’d be fined £25, make sure the windows were closed and put the key back in the key safe.

The house is spacious, modern and clean. Towels provided and beds comfy. Private drive. Whilst not in tourist location as such quite family streetcar shirt drive to Seansea and Mumbles. Singleton Park and Swansea front beach walkable. Staff easily contactable and responsive.
Kitchen was quite poorly equipped.
Only 5 glasses (3 of which were wine glasses) no tin opener etc. Not ideal for a slef catering holiday stay. Staff have said this will be rectified for next guests.

Location was great
Washing machine was leaking but someone came out promptly to fix it. Blinds in some rooms were broken and we couldn't open them and we couldn't get the fire to work. Apart from these small things it is such a lovely property and we would definitely stay again if these things were rectified.

It had a freezer, containing icepacks which were useful. Comfortable beds.

We had a lovely time visiting family nearby. The house is very clean and comfortable. It was great to have washing facilities and a dishwasher. Good beds and garden. Great communication with the team.

Loved the fact that it had a little south facing garden and a drive . Beautifully clean and had everything that you would need for self catering . A home from home and the gower coast moments away . Had an amazing time
If I was the owner of this property I would get the front little garden cleared . Put a patio table and a couple of chairs and leave in the porch so that could be used too . Love being part of a community could chat with the locals while having a glass of wine . Could be so pretty with the evening sun too . Charge more snd it would be an asset I reckon

Stayed here for 3 weeks, nice new carpets, spacious lounge and bedrooms and in a good area. Also, good cooking equipment which is a big bonus.
