It was dirty, there were no pillow cases, the settees were broken and stained. Hardly any toilet roll.

Shocking money hungry customer service - be careful

It does what it says in the tin, like staying in a show home. Customer service is shocking

Can't get in, instructions not clear. Have to put hand over digital pad that looks like a credit card reader to access digital pin code but not told that, so locked out for a long while could not contact anyone. Eventually let in main door by neighbour. Customer service shocking, wouldn't take any responsibility. Sent multiple repeat messages before stay in one day all at the same time asking for payment of deposit which didn't work, very helpful to get the money but by the time you had confirmed payment through main link you were away from the message which they claim is where entry info is. The confirmation message following and all future messages including pin number do not include this information. Asked for the nominal £5 returned for the taxi who waited with us at first whilst we tried to get in, despite being unconvinced for hours, first with delay getting in then worry about leaving as scared we would not get back in, so first night ruined. Completely ignored. Once they have your money they do not care. Shame as could have been a lovely stay.

Spoilt by the cleaning

The apartment would benefit from a proper clean, it was generally grubby with black mould in the shower a very dirty floor. The sofa leg kept falling off and the drawer in the kitchen wouldn’t close.

Spacious and comfortable.

Very spacious property. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The apartment was nice and warm. All amenities were close by.

Definitely needed a sharp knife for chopping foodstuffs.

A lovely spacious apartment.

Apt 8 was very well furnished, decorated & comfortable. The lounge has plenty of seating to enjoy a comfortable evening in with a dining area with comfortable seat & a large table. The kitchen had all equipment needed. The bedrooms we're nicely decorated with a comfortable large bed in the main bedroom & en-suite bathroom with a great walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a smaller double bed & a bathroom right next door, with a shower over the bath. The apartment was very warm & cosy & water very hot. I had to call customer service a couple of times & Sophia was very helpful & resolved the small issues we had.

The dishwasher was broken & obviously hadn't been used or checked as it has dry mould inside & rust. It would have been nice to have some sort of welcome pack with the Wifi & information about what's near & a few menus of local take aways. There was only one tea towel which was not enough especially as we had to wash-up because the dishwasher wasn't working. A little more information before arrival about the key-pad to get into the apartment block. The mattresses were a little hard for our liking in the main bedroom & pillows a little lumpy...but that's our opinion.
