Overall very happy with my stay! The team was brilliant!

I liked the space throughout the property. I liked the staff, they were very good and fast in responding. Had an issue with the shower and they changed it the same day! Very good.

Everything was to a high standard, the only thing is the bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked a lot whenever moving. I’m just being fussy, This could be from wear and tear of people staying. The heating did take a long time to warm up, however I’m a very cold person in the winter. So just brought a blanket to help.

Freezing cold, smelt, uncomfortable bed, sperm on the sofa, dirty bathroom, dirty cooker, dripping tap, dripping toilet.

Poor condition and poor value for money

Close to highway, my home is under renovation so staying close by hence this choice.

Bed is basically broken, sinking and an additional support had been provided underneath it. I found the support slanted, probably from the previous guests and no one bothered to check it. Either way the whole bed is in very poor shape and uncomfortable. I had to fix it myself to keep the bed from collapsing. The other really terrible point is the shower, the drain filter was clogged and full of filth and hair from previous guests. This is very poor cleaning, I only found out because I had to figure out why the water wasn't going down into the drain. The living room chairs legs are very loose and in poor condition. After all this they have the audacity to charge a deposit which is honestly one of the very few places where I have been asked for that from booking. Pictures all attached! For the price, this is unacceptable quality and honestly I should be asking for a deposit from the property instead. Forgot to mention the severe lack of lighting in the living room

I was glad I only booked a week.

Comfortable bed. Good off road parking place right outside. Good WiFi.

Constant heavy footsteps from upstairs. I was on nights and kept getting woken up by it. Also had the choice between no air or opening the window and hearing the dual carriage way outside. Also shower head flopped about and integrated fridge door had come away from the fridge. No microwave either.

My stay was alright

I like that the property was spacious, accessible and has onsite parking. Unfortunately the bed was not ideal. It was wobbly and squeaky. Not enough shower gel was provided.

Well appointed Apartment - but too far from City Centre - Ideal for Filton area.

Pleasant one-bed apartment with funky new wall radiators. Well equipped kitchenette with fridge freezer/dishwasher etc and good bathroom with excellent power shower and well lit bathroom mirror. Simply furnished with slight retro look. Ideally positioned for anyone working at Airbus Filton.

Limited number of local shops - although Lidl about half a mile away. Main problem from my point of view was that I hadn't realised how far out of the City it was - 45 mins to an hour on the bus, even though it is a direct route.

Good location for us, very clean and well decorated. The apartment was finished to a high standard throughout.

We would suggest the following: Microwave oven. Small coffee table for use while sitting on the sofa watching TV.. This would stop having to put mugs on the floor.

I stayed for 18 days and I had a good time.

The property was clean, during the day it is lively. Shopping, gas station, Subway everything at walking distance.

The property had too many ants. There was no microwave, which was a huge trouble heating food on stove.

A great apartment in a good location for a work stay

The apartment was lovely. Spacious, comfortable, quite stylish, clean and well appointed. It was nearly perfect for a short work stay, only let down by some curious choices made by the owners. The apartment had really good water pressure and very hot water from the kitchen and bathroom sink but the shower had a barely adequate electric shower that was only lukewarm at it's hottest setting (perhaps it was faulty on my visit) The kitchen included a full size hob and oven and washer dryer, but only two electric sockets. As one of them appeared to have the wifi unit plugged into it, there was nowhere to plug the toaster in. It seems a little churlish to moan about these things in what was really a very nice apartment, but a little more attention to detail would have made it exceptional.

Hopewell communicate with a very lengthy email stream. On each email they refer to the apartment as "Brand new one bedroom apartment in fantastic location" On only one of the emails did they actually give the address, buried in the text of a long message and it was easy to miss. The google maps location that they send does not include the specific address

Lovely apartment for a decent price - would definately stay again

It felt homely, very modern and decent size. I loved the fact that there was no curfew as we had our own key to use during our stay. I loved the bathroom with the LED mirror and the shower was quite good as well.

Parking wasn’t the best with other tenants which wasn’t their fault only the other tenants. Could do with a microwave as we took meals to microwave and we had to chuck them.

it suited our requirements for the weekend, but not please about paying a £150 deposit.

the accommodation

had to pay a £ 150.00 before using the accommodation, and i have not been refunded the deposit 10 days later. there was an outer door and an inner door, the key was for the inner door. there was no explanation that there is no key for the outer door and that it remains unlocked all night. if you arrive after 10.00pm, and there is a problem getting into the apartment, there is no way to contact Hopewell the owners until 09.00pm the following morning, and even then, there do not answer the phone.

The air con/ heating was really complicated and we ended up having to turn it off completely because no matter what we did it seemed to always try and make the room hotter.
