An acceptable budget stay, but missing toilet roll and soap!

Plenty of single beds which was handy! Keys in lockbox for easy check-in and check-out.

The house was nice and suitable for family, felt like a home away from home , the beds were quite comfortable with fluffy pillows, also had a cot for my baby, the kitchen had utensils and the house was neat.

The property was no clean! Had dirty damp towels stuffed in the cupboard, the shower was broken the first night could not use it as the part to turn the tap to the shower was broken, also the draining plug was stuck down so could drain any water, the toilet seat was also broken, the next day the shower was fixed but the following day we returned from being at work to find the shower would not heat up as the boiler packed in also the electric fuse tripped so everything in the freezer has to be thrown out, would recommend steering clear of this property as they are unprofessional and just make excuses avoid at all costs spend your money elsewhere

The location is near the M4, and there are supermarkets nearby

There was no shower facility. The bathroom sink was blocked. The mattress was terrible. My friend was itching all night from the bed linen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war ruhig. Wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt gibt es Aldi und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein- und Auschecken unkompliziert. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Die Unterkunft war sehr unsauber. Wir haben zunächst das ganze Geschirr abwaschen müssen und haben auch einige Küchenschränke ausgeräumt und komplett gesäubert. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler, dafür stehen zwei Kühlschränke in der Küche, wovon nur einer nutzbar ist. Der andere stinkt und ist nicht angeschlossen. Im anderen Kühlschrank und im Eisfach war noch Essen, vermutlich vom Vormieter. Die Töpfe und Pfannen sind kaum zu nutzen, denn diese sind sehr ekelig und schmutzig. Im Schrank unter der Spüle war ein riesiger Fleck - wir wissen nicht, was das ist. Im Bad lagen kleine Härchen. Der Garten ist verwildert, Zigarettenstummel lagen im Garten, es stand dort eine Bierflasche und auf dem Rasen, der total ungepflegt ist, lagen Scherben. Der Zaun zu den Nachbarn ist baufällig. Hier steht ein dritter Kühlschrank, der auf den Abfallhof gehört. Die Größe der Unterkunft ist falsch angegeben. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Geschätzt ist die Unterkunft max. 80-90 Quadratmeter. Die Betten und das Sofa quietschen, die Bettwäsche fühlt sich sehr künstlich und billig an. Leider hat die Unterkunft unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt und vor allem auch im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften, die wir in UK bewohnen dürften, ist diese hier nicht empfehlenswert.
