Very quiet location, drive , comfy beds , two toilets , good proximity to the rink

Even better if had an outside light at the back and front , there was a lot of bin bags in the garden (looked like garden waste?) and no outside table or chairs which would have been nice. Also couldn’t see any fans as it was a warm house. I’m being very picky as it was a great stay and we would book again.

The property was in the perfect location for getting to Aztec west. The beds were comfortable and facilities provided where everything you would need. Great that there is a driveway for parking. The overall stay was pleasant.

On arrival there was rubbish outside the front of the property in a bag not in the bin and recycle tubs on the lawn which looked untidy and not a great first impression. The back of the property is the same bags of rubbish and plastics tubs piled up outside with recycling (no lids so full of water), would be better if these are removed or out of sight. Some of the finishing touches to the property could be better (blue tape in the bathroom?) old double sided sticky tape in the bathroom. These are things that can be easily rectified and are the only reasons my score wasn't higher.

Nice back garden but no furniture to sit out there and the weather was ideal. Could definitely make more of the garden

Location was easy to find.

Cleanliness- cups not clean, dishes left on draining board etc.
