Excellent shower and plenty of hot water. Good storage. Appreciated the cooling fan. Able to charge the car. Close to bus stop for getting into Bristol; no need to use car, especially with so many roadworks. Able to communicate with the management company easily.

On arrival immediately noted drip marks on walls and doors from recent guests and longer term marks on carpets; we only felt comfortable after spending time cleaning including crockery and fridge; however the bathroom was clean thank you. Lack of information on use of cooker not helped by having a broken seal. No toiletries as per listing. Recycling information needs to be more specific as guests come from all over UK where rules are so different. As this is a managed property we expected better.

The bed was super comfortable and we slept well. The windows could be opened wide which meant that the apartment was well aired in the hot weather and kept fairly cool. For such a big housing estate it was fairly quiet most of the time. A lovely property.

When we first arrived the smoke detector was bleeping. Although we reported it, no-one came to change it so we disconnected it ourselves. The apartment wasn't very clean, which was a shame and it could do with a freshen up.

House is clean with complete kitchen appliances and amenities. We have the whole house to ourself in quiet neighborhood.

Some house furniture need to be fix properly, like bathroom shelf/tray and broken bedroom door handle. Reported the broken items, but take few days for the handyman to come and fix just a day before we check out.
