Très bon studio confortable et agréable Le logement était propre et bien équipé

Great location, only a short taxi journey to the Clifton bridge observatory so perfect for sightseeing and the balloon fiesta. Hosts were very responsive and friendly, and welcoming staff (Mango 🐶) very cute!!

The room had everything you could need, it was smart and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The TV had all the apps for great viewing and we thought it was great value for money.

Very easy to get the keys, and the code for the gate, although there was a little trick to the gate to get it to open initially, but once I got it it was fine. It was absolutely spotless and well kept, and the kitchenette had all the basic bits and pieces you would need for making meals - this doesn't surprise me if Giovanna is Italian, but it was great! Made some lovely salmon and salad for dinner. Having the full fridge freezer was great and would have been very useful if staying for longer as well. It was lovely having the outdoor patio and seating area so I was able to make dinner and eat al fresco with my friend and we had a very pleasant evening. The area is very quiet residential street which was nice. I had checked with the hosts if they were happy for me to invite my friend over and for us to play music (at a reasonable level), and although we didn't in the end, they were responsive with messaging which was great. Was very grateful they had provided a fan because it was quite warm inside that evening and it worked great overnight. Didn't end up watching TV but did use the iron and ironing board which was very handy and worked well. And it was great that they had a charger plug in the wall with all the various USB sockets which is always useful in case you have forgotten your own! Was also able to have a lovely cup of tea on the terrace in the morning - that's the picture looking back from the studio terrace toward the main house. My friend was also impressed and I would definitely come back to stay again.

The bed was a little firm for my liking, but understandably that preference is variable, so can't change that for every guest!
