Fantastic location and great host

Location was excellent, Carlos the owner was extremely helpful and easy to contact about anything. Neighbouring restaurant also very lovely people and couldn't do more for us. A fantastic representation of Spain and Spanish people.

Great location , comfortable stay in a home with character

Fabulous location right on the main beach road with easy access to beach , restaurants shopping and paths to old town House has a unique quirky quality to it , a little tired in soMe places due to age but the owner has tried hard to make it good . The utility area is a huge bonus .

At the moment there are beach front works and renovations to next door property . This creates some disturbance but does not really affect holiday . When all that is complete it will be great

fabulous short stay with amazing views

we thought it looked better than in the pictures. it’s very bright and the views are amazing. The place is very big and could accommodate 2 families. The house is very well situated, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also a free car park 2 mins walk away.

Una casa con encanto que sorprende

Es una casa con encanto, decorada con mucho gusto y muy bien cuidada. Nos ha encantado y tiene mucha intimidad entre las habitaciones además de todas baño privado lo que la hace muy cómoda. La casa es preciosa ( no apta para gente con problemas de movilidad, son 4 plantas) La ubicación es maravillosa ( teniendo en cuenta el ruido de estar en el paseo marítimo en una calle que pasan coches) Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias muy nuevos y funcionan muy bien Muchísimo menaje de cocina y todo lo que puedas necesitar en los baños Posibilidad de poner la mesa fuera para tomar algo (aunque tienes un restaurante muy pegado) La playa es de piedras por lo que no hay incómoda arena y en momentos se calma se podían ver peces. No hay ducha en la playa, pero esto no depende del propietario ( es solo por avisar) En resumen, hemos sido muy felices en la casa y repetiremos. El casco antiguo de Altea empinado pero precioso, revomiendo perderse por sus calles

El casero es una persona muy resolutiva y preocupado de hacerte sentir como si fuera tú propia casa. La casa cercana a la playa, un baño y aire acondicionado en cada habitación, totalmente al lado de locales de restauración y poder descansar sin ruidos.

Tener que acabar las vacaciones porque estábamos muy agusto.🤭.

Soms geeft het naast gelegen restaurant wat geluidsoverlast. Echter Carlos zit daar kort op, en lost het direct op.

Ideale locatie, vlak aan de nieuwe promenade met gezellige terrasjes, de oude stad en L'Albir op wandelafstand. Wakker worden met zicht op de zee. Ontbijten op het terrasje buiten. Het gebouw is geluidsdicht, maar 's avonds in slaap vallen met open raam hoor je het ruisen van de zee. Zeker te vermelden : de service van de eigenaar is excellent, zelden meegemaakt!! Wij gaan in ieder geval terug.
