Only one aircon in whole house,dampness and mold in the whole house, it smelled like you couldn't breathe,the sofas and their cushions very dirty, everything looked unkempt, I do not recommend.

Fabulous

Fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble and Alison was always on hand. Great location, close to the beach, old town, bars and restaurants and supermarket. Property has everything you need for a great and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends ☺️

Very good

The house is very comfortable and a great value for money. The location is excellent, in the old part of the town but also 2 min walk from the beach. We didn't use the kitchen much as it was a very short stay, but there is plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. We were 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and we all stayed very comfortably in the house. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean.

We only had a small problem with bathroom doors on both floors. In the downstairs bathroom (and, actually, in the kids room as well), the door gets a bit stuck half way and you have to put some force to close it. Upstairs the door opens and closes very well but it squeaks a lot, which at night might be a bit uncofortable. It's really not even a problem, just an inconvenience.

Volveremos otra vez, hemos estado muy agusto.😃

La casa en general era grande , tenia mucha luz en todas las habitaciones, las camas eran cómodas . En la cocina había de todo y puedes desayunar alli. Estaba todo muy bien, limpio y la ubicación genial en el centro de Altea y la playa cerca también. Bueno y Alison muy atenta, repetiremos.

Trevligt boende till rimligt pris.

Läget i jättemysig central stadsdel. Ganska tyst på natten. Fint mysigt och fräscht. Bra disponerad lägenhet i 2 etage. Gott om plats för många i gemensamma utrymmen. Finns också en liten lägenhet i anslutning om man vill hyra för fler.

Terrassen något otillgänglig, genom ett sovrum och ett trapphus. Man tar inte så lätt med mat från köket. Köket är enkelt utrustat, men det nödvändiga finns. OK för oss som mest åt ute. Elen behöver ses över, badrumsfläkt våning 2 fungerade sporadiskt och köksfläkten stannade sista dagen.

Perfecta ubicación, casa cómoda y amplia. Recomendable al 100%

El alojamiento es bastante amplio, tiene 4 habitaciones y entran 8 adultos cómodamente. Además de 2 baños (uno con plato de ducha y otro con bañera). Permiten que vayas con mascotas, así que es un punto extra a favor. La casa es antigua, pero bien mantenida. La ubicación es genial. Muy cerquita de la playa y paseo marítimo, así como de tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes y bares. Cuenta con lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas y unas hornallas espectaculares. Para aparcar, hay un parking abajo con zonas azules. Pero en la calle Partida Basseta (a unos 450 metros) hay un parking gratuito bien amplio. Solo tener en cuenta que los martes hay mercadillo, así que no se puede aparcar desde las 00 hasta las 17 h.

Al ser una casa antigua solo mejoraría la iluminación y las teclas de las luces (en el baño de arriba a veces cuesta que encienda la luz y el extractor). En la planta baja las ventanas son pequeñas (como en toda casa antigua) y las luces, a mi gusto, un tanto tenues. La ducha donde mejor sale el agua es en la del baño de abajo.
