The property is very well appointed and ideal for the group of 12 adults in our party. There are 3 large fridges, a superb outside kitchen with BBQ and Pizza oven. Set in a very quiet location and very private. The owner and the site manager were very helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. The site manager even fabricated a ramp to assist one of our group who uses a wheelchair on his day off. Outstanding.
Struggling a bit on this question. Perhaps more than one set keys and gate fob given we were 12 people and 5 cars. That’s the best I can come up with.

Wonderful place lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and spaces for people to congregate. Outside space was exceptional. Pool is fantastic with added bonus of tennis court, basketball, table tennis and table football upstairs. Loved the outdoor seating areas and that the outdoor sofa still had views of the pool. Felt like a little oasis.
Would have been nice to have more than 2 fobs for the gate as we were an extended family group and didn't always go out/in at the same times but this is a very minor detail in an otherwise fantastic week.

The caretaker, Amar was at the property at the time of our arrival and showed us around the house.
Communication with the host, Jose was very good.
The caretaker and his wife were both very helpful in anyway they coud be.

We were met by caretaker/cleaners who were extremely helpful and opened the Villa ready for us to start our holiday
We didn’t have any negatives about the Villa it is amazing.
We wanted something which was outside of a town so we could spend quality family time together, this fitted the bill perfectly.
Maybe some ‘plastic’ glasses/beakers for outside use would be a good idea????
