Lovely apartment great views very comfortable

Lack of kitchen utensils no oven Pyrex or any means to cook in the oven we bought our own oven dish as we stayed 2 weeks. Obviously they don't want you to use the oven? Took 4 days after request to get an iron and a Barbie size ironing board overall don't let this put you off and make sure you are in a car

Perfecto

Nos encantó todo, las instalaciones eran inmejorables, el nivel de detalle de la decoración, las vistas, el ambiente tan tranquilo y la ubicación cerca de sitios turísticos como Benidorm, Calpe, Altea… Lo mejor fue que admitieran mascotas y pudiéramos ir con nuestros peludos.

Le logement spacieux (duplex) , les infrastructures (pádel, piscine ext/int, salle/sport, parcs enfant) L'emplacement du complexe. Les petites attentions ( bouteille de Cava, bouteille d'eau au frigo, échantillons de toutes sortes.. café, thé, sucre..). Nécessaire de produits de cuisine..(sac poubelle, éponge, liquide vaisselle..). Produits d'hygiène à disposition..( gel douche, démêlant, lait corporel, lave mains..). Peignoirs, service de bain, serviettes de plage..tout est bien pensé pour passer un très bon séjour. Le personnel au top, Diego très gentil 👍

La vue depuis notre duplex n'était pas top (1er étage/rdc) Manque un étendoir en plus pour une famille de 5 personnes.

Het was een zeer ruim appartement. Elke slaapkamer had zijn eigen badkamer. Alle comfort was aanwezig: lakens, handdoeken, strandlakens, …zelfs producten van Rituals.

Ce que nous avons aimé ( ♡ ) Son emplacement parfait pour visiter la région. Le standing de l'appartement et de la résidence. Parfait pour une famille de 4 La propreté des lieux et de l'appartement. Les piscines, la salle de sport, le parking privé. L'arrivée automne. Zone commerciale juste à côté. Le personnel hyper réactif.

Ce que nous avons moins aimé ( - ) On ne s'attend pas a avoir autant de chantiers, en constructions autour de la résidence ce qui impacte un peu sur la vue et le bruit le matin. Les matelas (neufs) très très très ferme. Il manque quelques éléments dans la cuisine (). Une plancha ou BBQ ;-)

El aparcamiento para dejar el coche, la limpieza de las instalaciones y comodidad son espectaculares. Diego que es el encargado de allí muy servicial, atento y buena persona.

Si hubiese algo malo para decir sería que el check out a las 10 de la mañana es muy temprano, sino le hubiese puesto de nota un 10

Les infrastructures sont vraiment top. Salle de sport, piscine int/ext, terrain de foot, terrain de paddle. Le tour gerable depuis une appli mobile. La déco est vraiment belle et le logement est très spacieux

Genial todo pero si estaría bien un poco más de menaje del hogar en la cocina

Lo grande que es el apartamento, las vistas, las zonas comunes excepcionales, tranquilidad, se duerme de lujo

Que le faltaba algo más de menaje del hogar, más que nada porque siendo 4 personas nos quedamos sin cubiertos y platos para hacer la comida y la cena. Y teníamos que fregar lo que faltaba o poner el lavavajillas sin que este lleno. Algo más de utensilios de cocina para cocinar también echaba de menos. Pero nos hemos apañado muy bien. Es solo por mejorar un poco

Estupendo para unos días de relax

Era amplio, cómodo y moderno. Perfecto para poder descansar con la familia unos días. Agradecimos el set que venía en la cocina y las comodidades como la piscina, gimnasio y sauna fueron muy de nuestro agrado y las usamos cuidando bien de la instalación. Sobre todo queremos agradecer a Diego su amabilidad y resolución de todas las dudas y necesidades que tuvimos. Un gran profesional que nos facilitó la estancia mucho. Nuestras mascotas estuvieron de maravilla y se sintieron muy cómodas igual que nosotros. Esperamos poder volver.

Había algunas cosillas del apartamento que no funcionaron como el led de la encimera pero en cualquier caso era algo irrelevante que podemos pasar por alto.
