The Coach House is a detached property resting in Roston near Rocester, Derbyshire. It comes with one super-king-size bedroom (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request) with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and a super-king-size bedroom (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request), sleeping up to four people. Completing the interior is a wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, a kitchen/diner. Sitting room with electric fire. The Coach House is a great choice for a holiday in Derbyshire. Superb experience from start to finish. Communication with Karl was excellent and the cottage is exactly as described. A welcome bottle of Prosecco on arrival (a lovely little touch) and after a conversation about pheasants, Karl gifted us 4 pheasant breasts for a lovely New Year’s Day dinner! Keep it going guys, you have a wonderful cottage and are superb hosts! Highly recommend.
