About this house rental

Luxury 3 bedroom barn in an idyllic village in the Churnet Valley. This barn has been converted to the highest standards with all the extra special touches you would expect. With great walks, cycle paths and very close to Alton Towers, it is the perfect location for nature lovers and thrill seekers alike. It is an ideal base for a wonderful break in the country.

Oakamoor met all our expectations and more. Eleanor was a perfect host and corrected a slight blip on check in. More importantly to me, is the property matched the listing. We had a wonderful week exploring Staffordshire and the Peak District, then relaxing on the rooftop deck, enjoying the quiet and the stars. The children loved exploring the enchanting garden and the whole family enjoyed the visits from the dogs. If we are ever back to England we would stay here. Thank again Eleanor!

We spent 4 nights over new year at this perfect newly converted barn . The barn and all the furnishings are of excellent quality , the host was on hand , we were left with a perfect “ hamper “ to enjoy . There are some lovely walks from the property and beyond . Would highly recommend.
