Fantastic location, clean and tidy, the rooms were great, also the living space and kitchen had everything you needed, the outside is fantastic hot tub with views of woods, we was gutted to leave.

Very clean, staff friendly.
The booking process (in addition to booking.com) is a bit ridiculous, feels like you are providing a service to them rather than the other way around, overly complicated, pages & pages of rules. We just wanted somewhere to stay, felt more like applying for a mortgage on the place! These rules were then ignored by our neighbors who partied in their hot tub late into the night so wasn't a great night's sleep.
