We had 2 meals at the restaurant and both were amazing. Good quality food and good value for money. Portion sizes were huge

Could do with updating mattresses Hot tub temperature set at 40 but wasnt able to adjust the temp on the hot tub, jets need looking at not all working

The location was perfect for us to visit Alton Towers. It was a big cabin and was ideal for 2 adults and 1 teenager. Nice on site restaurant. Comfy beds.

Not the property’s fault but when we went it was extremely hot. There was not any fans or air con and if had windows open lots of insects came in. Lots of cobwebs everywhere both inside and out but again that’s just me being scared of spiders. The fridge was a little smelly but we didn’t really use much. Hot tub was fab although we had to turn down and use late at night due to temperature. Would have liked some cheap bamboo screening or something around the balcony as no privacy as close to the next cabin.

Great location in a quiet place with great places to walk nearby. Hot tub was a great temperature but very old so had signs of mould around the top and only not many jets.

We stayed in number 5, it was ok but in need of some maintenance and upgrades. The listing says it has toiletries but only bars of soap, no shampoo/body wash. Would have been nice to have two towels each, one for hot tub and one for showering. As there were no floor mats by the shower or hot tub it was hard not to wet the floor.
