Perfect lodge near Alton towers. Great facilities and the hot tub was perfect. Well equipped kitchen. And 4 bedrooms accommodating 8 people. We were a group of 6. If you like walking you can walk to Alton towers in about 30/35 mins through the dream and woods. We saw loads of deer which was something really special. It’s uphill on the way back. And there are cattle grids so only for those a little more confident and fit. It was lovely though.
We loved the fact it was secluded in the woods. Communication from Amos was excellent. Don’t forget towels for the hot tubs and things like toilet roll and hand soap shower gel etc. it’s in the information pack. We drive to Cheadle towers Morrisons to stock up. About 15 mins drive. Wish we had stayed for longer as it was perfect.
To be honest there wasn’t much not to like! A couple of the mattresses could do with replacing but everything was really good. So good we’ve booked one of their other lodges on the same site for 4 nights in May.
