Beautiful home and a nice neighborhood, easy trip into the city

Excellent host and wonderful communicator Helped me fix the washer from far away even Nice quiet neighborhood- 750m/10 minute walk (we walk fast too) to the metro Away from the hustle/bustle of the city. Keep that in mind if you want to be super close to something specific. Beautiful place with nice appliances. the atrium is probably phenomenal in the summer Had space for all 7 of our people with 3 normal bedrooms and 1 pseudo bedroom for 2 couples and 3 adult children 2 boys, 1 girl. Recommend letting the host know how you want the beds arranged in advance and if you need more than 1 pillow per person. We were traveling with 2 people with disabilities and and they needed more than usual needs.

Would have liked instructions that had been emailed to have been printed on location to peruse through without my phone. As well as a tip sheet for the appliances. Hot tub is easily misconstrued - its a garden tub with no jets. not a Hot tub outside for 4 people to enjoy at once with jets. Personal belongings of the owner stuffed into all the areas was a bit overwhelming for some when they were looking for places to put things. Just make sure all of the group knows this bnb is not empty. Perception often is determined by what you are accustomed to. There were a few items in the drawers that you could tell weren’t washed well in the dishwasher and were just put away anyhow. We used the dishwasher once and discovered why we found not so clean dishes and opted to hand wash for the remainder of the trip.

A brilliant experience - accommodated our university reunion amazingly well

This was one of my best experiences with booking.com. Michael was a superb host - excellent communication and consideration for his guests. I honestly can not find any flaws with our experience. The property itself is gorgeous and has all necessary equipment and facilities. The house easily accommodated my group of 7 people - very spacious. It's also situated in a great location (a few of us walked from the airport to it, and we were able to walk to the city Centre with ease) Overall an excellent experience, would highly recommend this property. 10/10.

En oplevelse, vi sent vil glemme!

Vi havde et helt igennem skønt ophold i dette dejlige hus. Allerede fra første øjeblik følte vi os hjemme – den varme velkomst og gode stemning satte barren højt fra start. Huset er smagfuldt indrettet med øje for selv de små detaljer, og det skabte en hyggelig atmosfære, hvor man hurtigt får skuldrene ned. Alt fungerede, som det skulle (og lidt til!) – sengene var superkomfortable, køkkenet havde alt, hvad vi kunne ønske os, og faciliteterne var generelt i top. Beliggenheden kunne heller ikke være bedre: tæt på både natur, spændende seværdigheder og nem adgang til offentlig transport. Og så var der roen… den var helt perfekt til ægte afslapning. Værten var utrolig venlig og hjælpsom, hvilket bare gjorde oplevelsen endnu bedre. Alt i alt et sted, vi kun kan give vores varmeste anbefalinger – og ja, vi taler allerede om, hvornår vi kan komme igen!

Det var mycket fint hus och bra med plats. Mycket fina saker i huset👌

Allt var bra, vi var där när det var väldigt varmt, det blev ganska varmt i huset men det fanns bra med möjligheter att få in frisk luft utifrån.

Gezellig met ons gezin.

Het huis was warm, houtkachel is altijd leuk, redelijk in de buurt van de metro naar het stadscentrum. Vlot reagerende huiseigenaar als je vragen hebt.

De accomodatie was NIET geschikt voor 9 volwassenen (max5 volwassenen) de bedden waren slecht! 3x kinderbedden die uitschuifbaar zijn, de matrassen daarvan zo dun dat als je op je zij ligt je op de latten van de bodem ligt. Het huis is overvol met spullen van de eigenaar, nergens is plek voor je toiletspullen er is geen haakje of hangertje op je kleren op te hangen of neer te leggen. De bank is geen slaapbank toch wordt dat als slaapplek aangeboden. De bank zat ook slecht. De foto’s op booking.com komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. De ene douche heeft geen deur waardoor de kleinere badkamer elke keer kletsnat wordt ( we hebben echt gewoon gedoucht). Zelf het nespresso apparaat moeten ontkalken en geld vragen voor de aanwezige cups is erg verdrietig, leg ze dan weg. Alles bij elkaar was onze ervaring niet wat we hadden verwacht zeker niet de 9,3 die booking.com vermeld. Meestal klopt dit, deze keer niet.
